    They have helpful staff! Shoutout to Angelica and jun for their services. They were hardworking and helpful. Facilities weren’t too good. You have to ask everything to the staff. No kettle, complimentary coffees/teas, and cups. Shower room was too small and filthy. Beds, fridge, wardrobe and chairs were too old and smelly. Pillows and blankets were too thin. No reception so you have to do it on your own. Ooh and the hotel itself doesn’t have a name outside so it’s hard to locate. You have to buzz the other hotel’s reception to speak to the staff. Picture on the hotel post doesn’t exist anymore, so we advise you to ring the other hotel to get in touch with their staff. You can’t communicate to the staff easily and they just give their private numbers for your query/ needs. Overall, it’s only recommended if you don’t want to travel going to St Peter’s basilica.
