    I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Roma Filippo, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and exceptional support. Unfortunately, after checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left some valuable personal belongings behind at the hotel. The staff immediately responded with understanding and went out of their way to help me. Even though I had already travelled on to Florence, they took care of everything and helped arrange the courier delivery of my belongings from Rome to Florence. What impressed me most was how genuinely caring and responsible the staff were throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, handled my belongings with great care, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. A special thank you to the entire team at Hotel Roma Filippo for going above and beyond to help a guest even after checkout. This level of hospitality and kindness is truly memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Roma Filippo — not only for the stay itself, but especially for the wonderful people who work there. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier! ❤️

    Extremely unsafe for family . We had to left the hotel all because there were roudy crowd outside the hotel , no internet , TV but no remote , no hot water in taps, no soap
