Great location; trastavere was so fun. Host was exceptionally communicative. Our washing machine was broken. They sent an technician but unfortunately, it could not be fixed during our stay. So they took our laundry to the laundromat and washed and dried it for us!
Living room/kitchen AC was not working. However, all the ACs in the rooms worked so it was sufficient during one of the hottest heat waves on record.

Location. Staff were friendly. Quiet street very close to lots of nightlife.
The building's staircase area was untidy, including some metal poles left near the door to our apartment. They could easily have been tidied away.

Location was great. Close to a taxi stand if needed one. Short walk to Trastevere.
Could improve on cleanliness. Building stairs were really dirty. One of our bathrooms in serious need of a renovation. Moldy!!!! Bad odor. The bath gel dispenser lid was broken so I turned it over and it was so dirty. Mold! See photo.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were responsive but they did not have our transportation correct, The area was great. Each apartment had problems. Apartment B had Mold everywhere. Found dirty laundry under sink. But the others were nice . No paper towels no dish towels. So I had to go to grocery store. The area is the best for Restaurants 👍
Mold and I think the staircase to Roof deck is dangerous for children.
