Host was responsive. Nice, quaint area in Trastevere. There are plenty of places to eat at. Taxi stand was less than a 5 min walk. It was easy to walk and cross the bridge into Rome. I would recommend it. No elevators though. So we did carry our luggage to the 4th floor. Kitchen has plates,utensils and pots.
Prior to the arrival, there was alot of confusion about the number of children. It was booked through booking.com and I don’t know if I would use booking.com for that again. My only options days before arrival was to either cancel with a full refund or pay an extra $400ish. Since it was days before arrival and traveling with kids, I felt like I have no other option but to pay. That kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

The apartment was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children.
The location is amazing, close to a very vivid neighborhood, but in a calmer corner.
The balcony was a great. We spent nice evenings having a drink outside.
It felt alright, but in reality the apartment wasn't very clean.
Towels and bed sheets were fine, but floors, under the beds and corners were neglected.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were responsive but they did not have our transportation correct, The area was great. Each apartment had problems. Apartment B had Mold everywhere. Found dirty laundry under sink. But the others were nice . No paper towels no dish towels. So I had to go to grocery store. The area is the best for Restaurants 👍
Mold and I think the staircase to Roof deck is dangerous for children.
