Lokalizacja znakomita. Pozostaną w naszej pamięci wieczorne powroty rowerami aleją pinii w świetle księżyca. Pini di Roma. Respighi. Kontakt z naturą. Zwierzęta. Przyjazna atmosfera. Uczynna Pani Recepcjonistka czekała na nasz przyjazd do wieczora.

Zapewne można coś poprawić. My jednak zabraliśmy tylko najlepsze wrażenia i obserwacje. Chętnie opowiadam o zaskakująco ustronnym miejscu, zanurzonym w historii i we współczesności poprzez wysiłek i ciężką pracę Gospodarzy. Dziękujemy !!!

La Tenuta Pantano Borghese è un’oasi di pace e tranquillità alle porte di Roma. La posizione è perfetta: immersa nel verde ma collegata benissimo grazie alla Metro C (ultima fermata), con cui in circa 30-45 minuti si raggiunge comodamente il centro città. Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente fantastico, direi quasi fiabesco. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ha saputo accontentare ogni nostra richiesta con grande disponibilità e cortesia. Nonostante la vicinanza con le stalle e la presenza delle mucche, all’interno dell’appartamento — che tra l’altro era proprio di fronte alle mangiatoie — non si sentiva alcun cattivo odore, segno di una gestione impeccabile e di grande cura per la pulizia e il comfort degli ospiti. Eravamo venuti per visitare Roma, ma la pace della tenuta ci ha talmente conquistati che per un attimo abbiamo pensato di restare lì e rinunciare al caos della città! Un capitolo a parte meritano i cani della struttura: un pastore tedesco anziano, discreto e dolcissimo, che ci osservava da lontano, e la cucciola Lulù, che ci ha tenuto compagnia una sera mentre cenavamo — un momento davvero tenero e speciale. L’arrivo alla tenuta è scenografico: si percorre un suggestivo viale alberato di circa un chilometro. Su richiesta è possibile utilizzare delle biciclette per spostarsi all’interno della proprietà, che possono essere lasciate al cancello e ritrovate lì al ritorno — un servizio comodissimo! Avevamo letto recensioni contrastanti sulle bici, ma noi siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Un piccolo consiglio: magari sarebbe utile dotare le biciclette di una luce a led anteriore per chi rientra dopo il tramonto. Noi avevamo delle lucine da testa portate da casa, ma in realtà le serate illuminate dalla luna sono state così belle da rendere tutto ancora più magico. In sintesi, un posto incantevole, curato, autentico e rilassante. Un’esperienza che consigliamo assolutamente e che speriamo di poter rivivere presto!

Our train arrived very early and we were allowed to put our bags at 10 and check in early for no additional pay. The way from metro to the farm is very picturesque, especially in the morning, around 7 with mist and sunrise. We really enjoyed it! The room is 50 square meters, it's huge actually. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. There were candles and it was nice to have dinner. The staff left 2 bottles of sparkling water for us as a courtesy, it was very thoughtful, thank you! It was also fun to see real cows. The design of a room is superb - rustic and authentic.

Most of the points are our own fault: - we didn't check that it takes around 1.5 hours to get from the city center to this place (+1 km from metro to the room) - the metro line is very cold (again, it's not the fault of the farm, but just for other travellers to be aware of) - to be honest the room was not perfectly clean (I mean for me it was, but my mum was a bit upset with it) - the smell of cows... again, we didn't check that there would be cows, and we were very surprised to see them. For some people it might be a problem, for us it wasn't, but cows really smell. - bikes which are provided to cover the kilometer from the house to the gates were horrible - very old and difficult to ride, unfortunately. - when we called in the morning about the luggage and early check-in somehow the number which was on the booking turned out to be a personal number of a worker, so we had to call again somewhere else, it was a bit inconvenient
