The apartment was in a great location with great access to the main attractions and also the metro. It was clean and spacious. What let it down slightly was that it was fairly plain and bare. But if you want functional central accommodation, then this is a very good option for you.

First, we were checked in by the lady who was cleaning the room, with her wet gloves on, typing on the computer and touching our passports. She was rude to us from the start for no reason. We waited about 15-20 minutes to get the room. The sink and showerhead are in very bad condition and splash water everywhere. The dryer doesn't function. The walls are dirty. You only get one set of towels, no scott towels or tissues, no housekeeping included. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe and close to supermarket but it was far from the popular attractions in Rome, we needed 2 busses to get anywhere in the city. It is located on top of a hill so no matter which bus we took, we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to get back to the apartment.

The home is very clean and has a washer to wash some clothes. The beds are comfortable and the Air Condition was great….it is walking distance to the coliseum and for the train station it’s about a 15 min walk. It’s about a 7 min walk to bus stops that can take you all around Rome

Great spot for five nights in Roma. Clean and tidy. Easy comms over what’s app. Quiet location but within 5 minutes you are in the bustle of Ancient Rome. Small kitchenette allowed us to freeze our water bottles, a must in the 35 degree summer heat!

The stay at the Colloseo Hotel was very good. Spacious and clean apartment . Communication with staff prior to arrival was effective and swift. The hotel is a a good money for value accomodation. Very suitable for families with 2 or 3 kids. The area of the hotel is quiet and secure. The nearest metro station is about a 10 min walk The Colosseum is situated 700 meters from the apartment. The property also offers shuttles from and to the international airport

We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. It had AC and even a washer/dryer. This is an apartment complex that makes you feel very safe. The caretaker, Precious, is super helpful. The location is also perfect. Walking distance from the Colosseum and an uber ride away from all else. We highly recommend this property.

There was a huge contract to read and sign including having to take out the trash and clean the room before you left. Which I didn't appreciate. The apartment was amazing in all ways. I can't really say anything bad about it. The staff were reachable and kind and it felt super safe.

The apartment was in a perfect spot for exploring the main attractions of Rome for 72hours. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable-especially the a/c! It was in the 90s outside and we appreciated the coolness of the apartment. There’s a lift that is easy to access. The Colosseum and its Metro spot is about a 7-10 minute walk. Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon were about 20 minutes. A Conad grocery store is very close. There was no balcony or terrace, but we had plenty of time outside walking the city.

The place was charming, spotless, and very well located—just a short walk from the Colosseum, excellent restaurants, and cozy cafés. We did most of our tours on foot and truly enjoyed every step through the beautiful streets of Rome. Gladys was incredibly kind and helpful. She even arranged our transportation, which made everything so easy. I didn’t take photos of the property itself, but I’m sharing a picture of myself enjoying one of the peaceful moments by the window. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again with no hesitation on my next visit to Rome!

We are so happy we booked this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for our trip. It had all the amenities!! Even a washer/dryer. We went to the local supermarket and picked up breakfast items, snacks, waters with ease. There’s plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. One of the best steakhouses the Ornelli Steakhouse is a short walk. Make reservations! The washer/dryer is a single combination unit. It does dry - people wrote reviews saying they only had a washer but you can easily look up the user manual to learn how to use. Choose the wash cycle then choose the drying cycle for it to start immediately after. This was so useful as we packed very lightly and it was hot here! The location is perfect. Kitchen was well appointed, we cooked breakfast daily, coffee and cooked spaghetti our first night! Just open all the cupboards, oven and drawers and the items you need for cooking are all there. Everything you need is close by and the neighborhood is lovely. You can walk to the colosseum in 5 minutes. Highly recommend and will stay here when we return! The staff communicate extremely well with you via WhatsApp. They allowed us to check in an hour early because the room was ready, it was so generous of them! The place really is a game changer for your trip to Rome!

Would definitely recommend. Well maintained, very clean and helpful amenities (e.g. lift, washer/dryer, utensils, etc). There are plenty of plug sockets around the flat so charging multiple devices was not a problem. Our stay was in the summer months with temperatures being 30+ degrees celsius so the air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the nights. The property is ~5 mins walk from the colosseum and a similar distance to the train station and bus stops. There a few different parks nearby as well for an evening walk. Local shops have everything you might need and they're close by. The neighbourhood is quiet but felt very safe.

The apartment was very comfortable and conveniently located near the Colosseum. Check in is easy and quick. The beds are comfortable and the apartment has a washer and dryer which was great. The shower and bathroom are very small but overall not a huge issue. Plenty of shops and dining nearby. The tram is about 1km away. We mostly walked around and took the tram only when we went to the Vatican. The area around is good but not great. We felt safe and would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a big group. Great bonus that the TV was smart and we could connect to our accounts.

I'll keep it real, I was nervous about booking this place for my last minute summer trip to Rome. I didn't have much information to go off of, and it was hard to find anything about it. However, it turned out to be FAR better than I thought! The location is very convenient. The Coliseum is about a ten minute walk away, and the Termini is only about fifteen minutes. The neighborhood is astoundingly very quiet, and also very safe as well. Gladys was an amazing host, and treated me with kindness the moment she met me. She gave me a recommendation of decent stores and restaurants in the city, and even arranged for a driver to drop me off with my checkout time. The room is perfect if you just want a decent place to stay while you explore the city. It really does feel like you get your own crib. I liked that everything was completely clean from the moment that I walked in, and there wasn't anything that made me feel like the value didn't match the price. I tend to sleep with earplugs in, but even without them on there was never a moment where I noticed any distracting noise either from inside or outside my room. After seeing how busy and crowded things got within most of the city, I started to appreciate the area even more. I really enjoyed my stay, and I'm glad I took a chance on this one. It's the definition of a hidden gem and one I'd recommend if you're looking for something more peaceful. In fact, this would actually be my first choice the next time I come back!
