Le nombre de chambre, les 2 salles de bains, l'emplacement strategique du logement.
Le bruit du personnel du restaurant chinois en face, qui crie sous les fenêtre jusque minuit et demie....Des travaux dans l'immeuble et la rue jusque 23h le soir! (Ils doivent être terminés!) Les précedents clients ont laissé le congélateur salle...Nous l'avons signalé, enfin le pas lourd du voisin du dessus en début de soirée...Enfin la serrure est compliquée à actionner il faut trouver "le sweet spot" à chaque fois.

In the extreme heat the aircon in one room wasn't working & the water from the aircon in the other room was running onto the floor

Only the location was an advantage.
We were charged for towels and bed linen - additionally (above the price that was announced). Moreover, one of the beds was without upper sheet and we had to sleep with cloths.
