Veneto Prestige Apartment - up to 11

Location was great, rooms were spacious and it could accommodate our two families of 4 comfortably. We were there during a heat wave and we were grateful for the AC. We could walk to many popular spots or take a quick cab ride.

Things could use a big of updating in the common area - the table and chairs were wobbly, and beneath the loose cover they had on the couch was leather that was cracked and wearing down. There was also clutter of cleaning supplies and tools in the kitchen. Lastly, I would just caution families with young kids staying here. We received multiple messages that the neighbor below complained of noise and running. The hours stated quiet after 10 pm-- we would be out for dinner from 6-8:30, then return and had the kids going to bed around 9-9:30 and received complaints 3 out of 5 nights. We did what we could but with four boys under the age of 7 couldn't keep them absolutely silent before quiet hours.

Abbastanza centrale, comodo anche dalla stazione. Molto ampio e comodo, noi eravamo in 9 donne e con due bagni è stato perfetto.

Amazing location! If you are travelling with a group of friends or family, and want to see the amazing sights of Rome without exhausting yourself figuring out how to get around the city by bus or other transport, this is a perfect spot! Many of the main attractions are easy to reach, and the area felt very safe both during the day and at night. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, the rooms were clean, the host was very kind and responsive form the moment we got off the plane and arrived at the apartment until the last day of our stay, he was quick to respond and help with anything that we needed. The kitchen (even though we didnt use it as much e.g for cooking ) was very clean: spotless glasses plates etc. As for the bathrooms, they were also very clean aswell. Everything was exactly as it should be! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Btw their transfer service was also lovely and affordable! Honestly i have nothing negative to say, we stayed for 5 days! (if you have safety concerns nothing was lost or stolen and the apartment is very safe and at a safe location). One tip: it’s better to contact them through Booking rather than WhatsApp to stay on the secure line. They also mention on their Booking page that they won’t request any personal information or payments through WhatsApp, so just be aware of that. Overall, a perfect stay!

the only thing really that could've been better , was that we could not lock the door for the smaller bathroom and that they gave the 10 of us only 1 key to the apartment, we didn't ask if there were additional keys that we could request though, so it could just be our mistake!

Ottima la posizione

Check-in in ritardo, pulizia inesistente, acqua con zero pressione: con due docce ne potevamo usare solo una, quindi inutile averne due. Finestre rotte due su tre. Per riavere il deposito cauzionale ci hanno chiesto una recensione da 10, poi modificata grazie Booking.
