The property is airy and spacious and full of light. Besides, the location couldn’t be better! It is very central, very near to Piazza Di Spagna and Via del Corso.
The place needs some refurbishing, and the air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms need to replaced with more modern and more silent ones. Also the iron should be replaced with a more simple one.

We kwamen met de taxi naar het appartement en 5 minuten na aankomst kwam de host eraan. De host heeft alles laten zien en uitgelegd. De host heeft de taxi voor de terugweg voor ons geregeld. Het appartement ligt binnen loopafstand van de Spaanse Trappen en een metrohalte. Er zijn leuke restaurantjes, winkels en een supermarkt binnen loopafstand. Locatie is top. Airco werkt goed en er is een lift aanwezug.
Het appartement is wat gedateerd en verouderd en daarom leek het op sommige plekken niet heel schoon (badkamer, keuken). De slaapbank sliep niet heel fijn (kuilen). De slaapkamer zonder ramen waren erg warm. Maar om te douchen en slapen was het een prima keuze. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
