Teresa was lovely and very helpful. The only thing that cropped up was she asked me for more money when I'd already paid her into a secure box on video call. She message the next day to ask for another 18 euros but accepted when I told her I'd paid the full amount. The accommodation was very clean and we had everything we needed.. The air conditioning unit was amazing. The tv was a big smart tv, so I could log into my Netflix and watch my fave shows in English. There was a lovely big shower, a kettle and fridge and she provided tea, sugar, cups and glasses. The best thing for me was the cafe across the street. We went for fresh pastry breakfast, juice, and proper coffee every morning. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk away, which took us right to the metro where you can reach any part of Rome for a small cost.

I can not think of anything to complain about.

Perfect room but bad location

The room was perfect.

It's difficult to find it. Far from city center. No elevator in the building. It's good that there is shopping mall across the street so you can see someone around because the area is very quiet even a bit scary quiet.

3 night stay

Room and bathroom were fine. It was OK to get into Rome with the bus and then the train. WiFi was good

It is extremely difficult to get back to the apartment from central Rome. The buses are not frequent and some nights it took an hour to get back. The apartment block was fine but outside the litter, overflowing rubbish and industrial estate was very unpleasant. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the other rooms. As mentioned this is an apartment and not a hotel or with daily cleaning service. Check in wasn't very straightforward but the owner was pleasant enough once he got back in contact after a few tries.

You are risking to sleep in the shack

Only positive were the red colour of dirty red cups.

We booked because we missed the flight and it was the nearest hotel to the Flix bus stop. But it was horrible stay. We have paid 95 Euros for 1 night it’s a price for average hotel all over the world . First of all far away from the nearest metro station.There is no public transport to reach it only a taxi for 17 Euros . Room was very small more like a storage without a window ..bedrooms had no blankets ..only shits and a bed cover without a case..But the most horrible is everything had stains ..bed pieces in the bedroom,tough pillows like a stone ,unwashed cups ,one spoon,one tea bed,2 sugars ,half bottle of soap and shampoo,cages on the windows and door ,feel like in the prison .. Bed had no mattress.. I guess they are deleting negative reviews because nothing written in comments is true..hotel or even more hostel has pictures taken from the internet..it’s a scam .. Used rags in the bathroom drawer ..and when you leave you need to take your garbage with you and wast the cups..I’m wondering why not to clean the room ..haha ..we were so tired after 11 hours of flight so we were not able to change the hotel..so we spent a night in the prison ..please don’t repeat our mistakes ..for this momey you can find a normal hotel.And the fridge was extremely loud ..lamp broken and the sirens were howling the whole night ..they have no reception and lobby..it’s like a house with unhappy family ..haha

The small cafe across the street. The nearness to the supermarket.

The communication channels are absolutely opaque. You have to use two to three different online portals for online check-in. There is no reply to queries about the portal. There are two e-mail addresses, neither of which provides an answer. I never received an invoice (I was traveling on business). Not even a short written confirmation that I paid the city tax in cash was sent to me. I have NEVER had such a poor communication! The room was also only okay: In the refrigerator were still opened food, the ceiling lamp did not work, toilet paper was only just enough available. Walking to the metro station is hardly possible and is very unsafe! In addition, it's to mention that there is a supermarket in the area but hardly any restaurants and the area also does not seem safe. For my business stay it was okay. Privately, I would not recommend this region and the accommodation anyway. Too bad!

Breakfast was basic

Breakfast was Very basic, a pastry and a coffee from the bakery in front of the apartment. Location was really bad, when booked on booking, it showed the location as 2.3km away from saint Peter basilica and the center, which wasn’t the case. It was 23km away by taxi cause the metro line A wasn’t working after 9pm. We paid extremely expensive to stay very far from the city, and paid even more to travel back and forth in taxi, it was a nightmare of a stay. No internet in the room, asked the host to fix it, only did the last day and it still did not work!

Waste of Money

Fake breakfast information, there is no breakfast. They gave me 2 cards to get coffee using them in a cafe outside the property. Yet, they advertise as breakfast included. (I'm reporting to booking) The property isn't in Rome, extremely far away, no transportation at night. Transportation during the day takes 1h one way. No kitchen in the apartment, I bought pasta with me and came to know there is no forks, spoons, plates, nothing. Yet they advertise "kitchener". 0 view, you can see a garbage from the window.

Cozy high value experience

We loved the vibe the room emits, from the first minute inside we felt like home. Chilling together in the tub has been extremely relaxing and bond making, united with the comfort of the large double bed, the challenging 60 degrees sauna and the huge shower we built gold couple memories. We gladly recommend the suite.

Unfortunately there is not a reception and at first it got us a bit off balance but then the fast communication and passion of the staff completely obliterated this first feeling

The room , the beds were uncomfortable, the location was near a factory in an alleyway ,the 3to 5 in morning moving furniture in the apartment upstairs, the smell of mold and smoke in the room ,and the free breakfast wasnt a thing so all in all there is no prestige to be found in this property ,virtuse shoulder charging alot less for our room which promised a coffee and tea and kitchen with a table all we had was a room with a bathroom wish theyd had a better website photos we felt taken advantage of .certainly not worth 190 euros wish i could get a rebate or credit towards a worthy hotel stay guess booking .com doesnt screen its clients and there properties..

Nichts, es war von Anfang bis Ende das reinste Chaos. Die Unterkunft hat mehrere Name am Klingelschild. Wenn genügend negative Kommentare wird das Hotel (Wohnung) umgenannt und die nächsten Reisenden verarscht.

- die hinterlegten Bilder bei Boooking.com haben nicht dem wahren Bild entsprechen - kein Whirlpool - für Frühstück bezahlt aber keins bekommen (unfreundliches Personal in dem Restaurant gegenüber) - Bettlaken voller Brandlöcher und die Bude stank nach Zigaretten Rauch

La struttura è molto bella

Se cercate di prenotare stanze con vasche idromassaggio vi conviene chiedere prima se sia funzionante l'acqua calda, perché altrimenti dovrete andare in giro per le stanze a cercare l'acqua calda e a richiudere bene tutte le stanze in cui vi manderanno per cercarla. Dopo aver girato il comprensorio vi daranno una stanza funzionante probabilmente senza tutti i servizi che avevate prenotato. ( io avevo preso una stanza con idromassaggio, sauna, camino, balcone) sono stata in una stanza con solo vasca perché l'unica funzionante.

Overbooking e cambio di alloggio da appartenenza a camera, e qui alla fine la camera andava bene xchè pulita. Purtroppo non ho dormito bene per il parlare, discutere di altri ospiti nelle camere con porte aperte, via vai nelle scale dalle 2 alle 4 del mattino.. discussioni durante il check in a mezzanotte per il numero di occupanti.. nonostante regolamento dicesse no rumore e schiamazzi dalle 23.00 ale 5.00. fatto presente alla host il primo giorno ma non mi ha mai risposto. Pazienza. ,

Zapłaciłam 175€ na booking potem 202€ na osobne konto ponieważ powiedziała mi "agentka " że jest to konieczne do rezerwacji nie spaliśmy tam od razu chciałam zrezygnować jak tylko zobaczyłam jaki pokój nam dano niby rodzinny nie mogłam odwołać rezerwacji bo nikogo tam nie było a agentka mi każe się kontaktować z booking chociaż sama mi wysłała numer konta na który mam przelać pieniądze , powiedziała że jest w pracy i nie mogę odwołać rezerwacji mimo że tylko weszłam i wyszłam z pokoju . Zwykle oszustwo co innego na ,zajęciach a co innego jak zajechaliśmy brak recepcji. Proszę o zwrot kosztów tak jak było mówione !!!

A fuir

La hôte a envoyé un lien avec un paiement partiel quelques heures avant d arriver à l'hôtel notamment quand nous avons pris la navette vers Rome. Ensuite elle m’a demandé de de faire encore un paiement partiel vers 21h30 et de forcer le montant. Je n’arrivais pas, elle m’a harcelée pendant le trajet en me disant qu’elle ne l’avait pas reçu et qu’il fallait le faire. Ensuite elle m’a dit que je dois lui payer un complément de 30 euros parce que j’arrive après 22h00 et j’etais d’accord. Sauf qu’elle voulait en espèces, mais quand la navette est arrivée à la gare Terminus vers 22h, je savais pas où les retirer. Je me suis dépêchée de prendre le métro à la gare jusqu’au terminus de la ligne A, ensuite nous avons pris un bus et ensuite nous avons marché environs 20 minutes. Pendant tout ce temps je lui disais ou j’étais et que j’étais sur la route sans pouvoir lui donner une heure précise d’arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit et je pensais qu’elle m’attendais à l’hôtel . Nous l’avons attendus presqu’une heure dans la rue. En plus il pleuvait et elle nous disait tout le temps qu’elle arrive dans 5 minutes. Quand elle est arrivée vers 0h45, elle nous a dit qu’elle a fait un autre enregistrement dans un autre hôtel . Ensuite elle m’a demandé de faire le reste du paiement partiel sur son terminal en direct et de lui donner le supplément en espèces. Nous étions trop fatigués après 5 heures de voyage combiné avions, navette, métro, bus et a pieds, Je lui ai dit que je vais chercher le lendedemain une banque pour retirer. Elle a demandé lui donner l’argent le matin, sauf que j’avais l’intention de me reposer le matin et lui donner l’argent a la fin de la journée. La journée suivante elle m’a envoyé un rappel pour ne pas oublier de laisser l’argent dans la boîte à lettres ce que j’ai fait en revenant le soir a l’hôtel.

Avendo preso una camera un po’ più piccola per tre giorni a me ed alla mia compagna c’è piaciuto molto la doccia ed la struttura è situata ad un posto molto tranquillo un po’ fuori Roma centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con metro o auto

Il servizio per le pulizie da na parte è giusto che arrivi alla fine che lasci la struttura ma lasciare solo un rotolo di carta igienica in due oltre tutto appena iniziato non è il massimo
