Great place to stay, not too far from city Centre in neat surrounding

- friendly service and hosting (gracie Marta!) - helpful and reactive communication - public transport nearby, parking possibility with gate, pool access, air conditioning in all rooms, possibility to do laundry, balconies for privat use, equipment in the kitchen - view on much green, quite in the night

- the pool was a little cold, and the way to get there not very privat (through garden around the house). but this was not a problem for us. - we had an electrical blackout issue once in the apartment, but support was given immediately via Whatsapp (even on late evening) by our host and we could fix the problem ourselves.

Wish we stayed longer! Plan on coming again

The apartment was very new and modern. Our contact person, Elena, was very responsive and quick to open the gate for us when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The apartment has olive oil as well as salt and pepper for cooking if you wished and the kitchen counter was all very clean. The toilet was spacious and had a washing machine, laundry rack and heater to dry clothes. We asked Elena for laundry detergent to use because we didn't bring. Though we didn't take pictures because we left early in the morning the condition of the apartment is the same as in the pictures provided.

There was no duvet, just a sheet to cover us, but we opened the window and the breeze was very comfortable at night.

Great place for a family with young kids, worth the value.

Good location with a close by restaurant near the entrance and has the best pizza we’ve tried in Rome! Very safe facilities with security doors. The washing machine is very essential for a family with young kids.

The balcony is not clean enough to take advantage of. The shower door is not closed properly and sometimes water goes out easily. There’s a slight smell of the sewer when flushing the toilet and goes into the room. There isn’t enough toilet paper for everyone, but you can ask for one extra from the reception.

Very good location, quiet, green and close to the city center. Also good value for money

Perfect location in a green neighborhood. The apartment is very well connected to the public transportation - the bus station is just in front of the building block. It takes only 15 min to reach the city center which was awesome for us. The area is very quiet and cosy. Also the fact we could have breakfast at the hotel next to the residence was a big plus for us and our kids.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable.

Lovely stay, very clean rooms, spacious with all the needed amenities. The staff quickly responded to queries and checked in with us regularly, they were really helpful and gave recommendations of where to go. Would highly recommend!

Lovely apartment and hosts

Really helpful staff and very considerate. Site felt secure at night. Beds were super comfy and good sizes. Apartment was super clean and had great facilities. We were able to cook family meals with the facilities provided in the kitchen. 3 balconies to sit out on over looking the clay tennis courts and park beyond. The pool was fab with a graduated slope to the deep end so my youngest child was able to move independently in the shallow end. Bus stop 100m away, however we used Uber. Vending machine with essentials on ground floor which was really useful. I would stay here again if I came back to Rome.

I guess the nearest shop was a little walk away (around 1.3km) but it wasn't really a problem and not the fault of the host. This is offset to a degree with the vending machines on the ground floor anyway.

I loved everything about this place! No complaints. Completely renovated, extremely clean apartment with everything we needed.

We only stayed one night but the location seemed a little bit residential, far from the hustle of Rome city centre. Nowhere to walk around the location.

Every single person working here is just lovely. It was good having the pool for the kids after sighting seeing in the heat. The apartment was super clean, had everything you need and even a washing machine.

Very simple check in, comfortable facilities and helpful staff

Room was more like a small flat, everything you need like kitchen, washing machine, 2 tv’s, 2 air conditioners, fast internet, balconies and more. Very cozy place with an amazing view. We stayed at 5 star hotels in Rome and room quality matched or even exceeded them, where is here you pay significantly less. Access towards city centre around 15min with taxi.

Only problem were Uber would always get lost and drive to crowne plaza instead of this property. Maybe google maps needs updating that there is access to the small road next to crowne plaza.

Quality accommodation with easy reachability to the center of Rome.

8,5 ; We rented a very well equipped apartment; there are other possibilities to. The hosts are very friendly and engaged. So in priciple there where no probs. around. In general a wery well kept hotel. The pool are great. Though at a great distace from the center of Rome. Not walkable without great commitment. But the cooperation with the hotel beside helps alot. Bustickets to the Vatican or a little longer works perfectly as a start.

In priciple nothing; Its a really good hotel; though it is a great distace to the center of Rome. Its solved by bus-connections during the most of the day. If you want to be out late, you have to solve it by taxi (18-22 Euros) or similar.

Great unit with everything you need but not a good area

Lovely unit with plenty of space and everything you would need in the kitchen (except no tea towel, which was odd) it had a washer and dryer, two balconies, great air conditioning and a brilliant pool and outdoor spaces.

It is a long way to popular attractions of Rome. You need to use buses, taxis. There was no decent nearby grocery market that you could reach safely. There are no footpaths, so you are forced to walk on road side to shops and my husband was hit by a van when he went out to buy bread and milk. Fortunately he was not badly injured

Great apartment but far from centre

Excellent communication with staff, who were super friendly and helpful. Suites are very modern and clean. Great space for families as we also had a kitchenette. Staff were ok call the whole time to check we were happy. We had almost run out of toilet paper but they came the next day to replenish. Great service! The pool is a great size too, good for young families as a part of it is quite shallow (probably good for toddlers/babies)

There aren't any shops/cafes nearby, you have to get a bus. If you try to walk, it's a bit dangerous as the side walk is very narrow and some parts you have to walk on the road (so not ideal for kids) The closest metro is Cornelia, which is the 2nd last stop on the orange line from central Rome. So, it's abit of a trek (25-30 mins) Not ok if you are after a convenient place)

Nice experience in Roma

The apartment is really nice, comfortable and clean.

One of the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage one floor up. Not a big deal, but it would be perfect if that elevator works. Having said that, the property is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place/area. A bit far from the central city and touristy places but there are bus stops nearby. So it is still accessible.

Perfect for couples, close to Roma

Modern clean 5th floor apartment w well equipped kitchen, lounge area, 2 x small outdoor balconies. Comfortable bed & modern bathroom. Staff were very helpful & onsite in this residential apartment block. Washing machine & drying rack a bonus in Rome. Good location, local Bus stop outside hotel next door (make sure you tap on your credit card for a ticket - inspectors were on our bus!) Or use the hotel taxi rank to airport (flat rate). Close to excellent Italien restaurant, didnt use the the pool as not warm enough but looks large & clean.

This apartment is perfectly suitable for a couple or 2 adults, & is on the 5 floor, on our last day the lift wasn't working so we carried pur luggage down the stairs. Assume this is occassional issue only.

An excellent place for visiting Rome and then relaxing in the evenings. Location is in a very quiet area but still easily accessible by bus 98 to get to and from the Vatican/Centre. Great apartments, super friendly staff and neighbours and a nice garden and pool.

Fantastic place to stay for people who are independent and like to explore Rome on their own.

The property is exceptionally quiet and located in an area that is farther from the tourist attractions and city noise. All of the amenities were excellent; you don't need to bring much other than your personal belongings. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
