Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Appartamento ampio, dotazioni complete. Disponibilità di parcheggio, posizione abbastanza vicina ai mezzi pubblici (fermata Cornelia, 700-800 m). Letto matrimoniale comodo. Zona tranquilla, con bel parco. Servizio di portineria H24. Efficace la comunicazione via chat con la titolare Anna, molto gentile e disponibile.
Struttura abbastanza vecchia, necessiterebbe di ammodernamento/ristrutturazione. Divano letto un po' scomodo. Problemi con la ricezione dell'antenna TV (per noi non importante).

Appartamento elegante, accogliente e pulito, immerso nel verde di un bellissimo parco residenziale. Dotato di posto auto, molto ben collegato alla rete autostradale, poi in pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere fermate di autobus e metropolitana. La signora Anna è stata gentilissima, disponibile e molto premurosa.

Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, sempre veloce nel rispondere a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Le stanze erano pulite e la struttura accogliente, buona posizione (a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana). Nota positiva anche per il terrazzo spazioso che dà sul parco interno e sulla silenziosità, si sentivano davvero pochissimi rumori esterni.
Nulla di totalmente negativo, solo il divano letto un po’ scomodo per 2 adulti

Nice appartment despite a lot of defective furnitures. But the price was ok. Be aware that you need cash for the tax (6 euros per person per night (free for children).
Quite a lot of furniture are broken which is not stated in the description (oven working only with 1 button, seal broken; drawer of the bathroom broken). Also, no possibilities to increase the heating. Matress quality not perfect. The coffee machine needs to be fixed as well.
