The only issue was the kitchen faucet was broken at the base where it attaches to the sink. We thought it would break off so it was difficult to move it around. There was not a lot of shelves in second bathroom to hold toiletries.

Disappointing

The odor in the apartment has ruined all the excitement! But generally, the apartment is big, nice setup and clean. It has everything you need for a stay. All cooking equipment is available.

The reason for the low rating is a horrifying stench that was spreading throughout the apartment. Apparently, there is something wrong with the sewage system or there is mold eating away at the apartment. We immediately informed the owner about it upon arrival, and he said that someone was probably cooking. This was a blatant lie, as the source of the stench in the apartment had been described by some previous guests. It would be fair for the owner to tell the truth about it so that we could better understand. The smell was so unbearable that we couldn't even eat in the kitchen and had to have our meals on the balcony. It's such a shame that this smell isn't being addressed because otherwise, it's an excellent apartment that offers everything you could wish for. One of the air conditioners would need servicing as it wasn't functioning as it should.

Superb

The location is great as it as you have access to a grocery story below the condo. You also have access to the subway and buses within a 2-3 minute walk. The condo was very clean. Was able to park my car across the street. The renter was responsive and answered all questions when I called.

The mattresses could have been a bit better.

Perfect!

The property was perfect for what we needed. it was clean, beds were comfy and had all the appliances we needed. It was literally a 2 minute walk from the metro which then wasn’t far from all the tourist attractions, which is perfect if you don’t want to stay right in the central as this can save you some money. It also has a supermarket right underneath the apartments which was really handy with plenty of shops on the street of the apartment. Would definitely recommend and come back if needed to.

The metro and bus stop were just around the corner. The grocery store was there. Nearby, about 500 m away, there was a market in the morning where you could buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Köögis oli kõik vajalik olemas.

Quite noisy, right on a busy street. The balcony was not cozy, it could have been landscaped and there could have been chairs and a table to sit on.

We spent 4 lovely days in Rome, staying at La Suite di Elio. The apartment was as expected: clean and confortable. The 2 restrooms and the big balcony were a big plus for a family of five. Also the location had an easy access to the metro/bus. We'll definitely return to La Suite di Elio if ever in Rome again. 😊

Great place and location!!!

We enjoyed this property as it was a great space for our family of five and our dog. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it very nice. The fifth single bed was located in the hallway which is a little tight but not bad. The kitchen is also a bit small but we given how close we were in the city that is to be expected. The owner connected is with Willy who greeted us and made sure we knew how to work the keys and everything else. He was extremely helpful and available for any questions we had. He greeted us and helped reserve our spot in a parking garage nearby. When we arrived to the apartment there was an Italian cake waiting for us....which was very kind. There is a grocery store in the same building around the corner, plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area, a bus stop right out front and the metro around the corner so transportation was very easy! We would come back here and stay here again when we come back to Rome!!

Апартамента е с две спални, всеки със собствена баня. Кухнята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Идеално чисто, перфектна локация за придвижване в Рим. Метрото и автобусните спирки са на 50-100 метра. До Термини се стига за 30 минути, до Ватикана за 7 минути, до фонтана Ди-Треви за 20 минути, до Испанските стъпала за 15 минути, до площад Дел Пополо за 10 минути. За всичко това ползвахме линия А. Домакина ни беше изключително любезен и имахме ситуация в която трябваше да му пиша и той отговари веднага. Мястото е на Централна улица, но от задната страна на сградата и вечер е много тихо. В непосредствена близост има супермаркет, кафенета, ресторанти и много и всякакви магазини. Благодаря за всичко и с удоволствие бихме посетили отново!!!

Няма такова нещо. Имам препоръка на звънеца на улицата да има номера на апартамента.

Séjour super !

La localisation, l'immeuble calme, sécure. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Peux-être qu'un toaster serait pratique et une machine à café. La situation du Métro était top par rapport à l'appartement. Le fait d'avoir un commerce juste en bas de l'immeuble très pratique aussi. Le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain (super pratique)

Hébergement parfaitement adapté à un sejour de quelques jours pour découvrier la ville de Rome.

Appartement idéalement situé pour une escapade à Rome. très proche du Métro menant au centre historique et nombreux commerces au pied de l'immeuble. Appartement bien orienté limitant fortement les bruits de la ville. De plus le propriétaire a été efficace pour organiser notre arrivée et notre départ vers l'aéroport.

Quelques petits travaux d'entretien à effectuer. Climatisation d'une des chambre et mitigeur de évier de la cuisine, mais rien de bloquant.
