Everything was great, clean and big room, equipped with assets required for short and long trip (including washing machine). There was possibility to buy coffee, water or wine directly in the room. Great support from Monica, who speaks English perfectly. Parking place is behind the gate so you can feel safe. Not so far from metro station, feet breakfast can be taken on station next to the apartment.
I would suggest to keep water (bottle or two) for free same as coffee, it’s not a big expense but always looks better and I think all other places I visited in Italy over last few years worked like that (at least with basic amount of water bottles and coffee caps)

Spacious apartment with two big and a small bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms (the one directly accessed by the one big bedroom) and a big terrace. A double - size sofa in the living room and a single - size sofa in the bedroom can be transformed to beds. Private parking is available free - of - charge. The kind hostess welcomed us the day of arrival, explaining us the details of the apartment. She was also available for responding to any inquiries. The apartment is part of a big apartment complex with private entrance. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Metro station.
