Good place for one night and longer stay.

Everything was great, clean and big room, equipped with assets required for short and long trip (including washing machine). There was possibility to buy coffee, water or wine directly in the room. Great support from Monica, who speaks English perfectly. Parking place is behind the gate so you can feel safe. Not so far from metro station, feet breakfast can be taken on station next to the apartment.

I would suggest to keep water (bottle or two) for free same as coffee, it’s not a big expense but always looks better and I think all other places I visited in Italy over last few years worked like that (at least with basic amount of water bottles and coffee caps)

A very good option for your stay in Rome!

Spacious apartment with two big and a small bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms (the one directly accessed by the one big bedroom) and a big terrace. A double - size sofa in the living room and a single - size sofa in the bedroom can be transformed to beds. Private parking is available free - of - charge. The kind hostess welcomed us the day of arrival, explaining us the details of the apartment. She was also available for responding to any inquiries. The apartment is part of a big apartment complex with private entrance. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Metro station.

The other is absolutely lovely. We were unfortunately let down by another place in Rome and found ourselves in Rome without anywhere to stay. She accommodated us at such late notice and kept in touch to ensure everything was going well. I would happily stay here again.

A large, comfortable suite with good views and friendly, helpful hosts.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Domus Aurelia very last minute because of a change of plans while we were holidaying in Rome. Soon after we had booked we had a message from our host, Monica, who was very friendly and helpful. We did not really know quite what to expect, not least because the location seemed to point to a hotel of a different name. However, when we arrived we found an impressively large, comfortable suite exactly as shown in the pictures, all shown to us by Monica's very helpful colleague Gianni. We self-catered, so found the hypermarket 5 minutes walk away ideal, and the hotel was close to the bus route we were using to reach the excellent Monkey Island climbing wall. In many ways we thought Domus Aurelia was too good to be true when we booked it last minute for such a low price, but it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Grazie mille!

A peaceful place to stay, not too far from the centre of Rome!

This is a smart and well-appointed little apartment, well situated for visiting Rome as a tourist. The nearest metro station is less than 10 minutes' walk away, then 3-4 stops to the Vatican or 10 stops to Termini station. It's in a nice quiet area so you don't feel like you're in the middle of a city. Communication with the host was great, even when train delays meant we arrived rather later than expected - Monica was able to leave the apartment keys at the concierge desk, and when the window shutters weren't working, she got them fixed the same day.

The description of the property really needs to say "Parco Tirreno" - the taxi driver who took us to the apartment had no idea where we were going other than Via Aurelia and even when he delivered us to the right place, we weren't sure whether it was! Although this was more expensive than other apartments we stayed in elsewhere in Italy, it's still pretty good value for a good location in Rome.

Lovely, spacious apartment for the four of us with a wonderfully huge terrace. Close proximity to metro station and central Rome. Monica, our host, was brilliant - helpful, kind and went out of her way to make Sure our stay was enjoyable.

The appartment was very comfortable and clean. It had a huge patio and a side veranda which made sitting out in the evenings very nice. We had the use of the pool which was great for cooling down after being out all day. The host Monica could not do enough for us and we could reach her at anytime. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment with the most amazing terrace and view. It had all facilities needed, was clean and functional. The metro was really close and it was very easy to access all of the attractions of Rome. We only wish we had planned to stay longer.

Good

The room had a really good air conditioner and the TV has YouTube, Netflix etc… which is pretty nice. I recommend it for a couple even though is little bit expensive regarding the extras (cleaning, food, drinks etc…).

We’ve been welcomed by Monica, she did her job but that’s really about it, we don’t really understand why she has that much amount of really good critic. She didn’t gave a added value to the overall service. We were in another AirBnb that had a lot of welcoming gifts but this one doesn’t even offer 1 dollars of a coffee capsule. The neighborhood was good and silent but once you exit, it’s extremely dirty, old and pretty dangerous at night. You are 10 minutes from the metro station Cornelia by walking but until you get there, the road is annoying and the amount of cars surrounding you is just crazy. I don’t recommend to take this AirBnb in Summer, it’s just to much added walks for nothing and it gets so hot really quickly. Don’t recommend it to families.

An excellent stay with a friendly host, and well-stocked property.

I had a fantastic experience with the host who was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze. The property itself was immaculate, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it fully stocked with water, wine, beer, coffee, towels, and more. It's conveniently located near Vatican City, although it is a bit further away from the Colosseum. Nonetheless, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this property.

The host Monica maintained great communication throughout our stay. The private transfer from the airport was very efficient especially with our arrival delay and departure time change. Gianni and Monica are exceptionally friendly Hosts. Monica supported us with every wish or issue we had during our stay. The communication was easy per WhatsApp. They allowed early Check in and late Check out, have recommendations where to find traditional Restaurants, nice places for Shopping without so many people. The flat is located close to metro Line a which makes it easy to commute to city center. The flat is very beautiful and very warm.

Sometimes you can hear the neighbors because the walls are thin. However given all other advantages, it was not a big issue.

Lovely apartment, very close to underground station, about 10 mins, and close to supermarkets. Terrace area was great with tables and chairs etc and good sunshine. Owner and assistant looked after us really well.

Sadly outdoor pool was closed in October.

Very nice apartment with two super-comfortable king-size beds, one in a room, another one separated from the living room. The apartment itself was pretty spacious and bright! Impressed by the bathroom. The cleanness of everything was top. We had two big terraces: 1 private and another one shared.

As understood the apartment was separated from a bigger one, but the problem of soundproofing the separated apartments was not solved. Everything was being heard from the neighbors. Another problem was again with the soundproofing but this time from the outside. Again everything was being heard. If you are going to use public transport, count a 10-minute-walk to the nearest metro/bus station.
