La vicinanza a tutti i mezzi pubblici. La struttura si trova all'interno di un palazzo silenzioso. Abbiamo apprezzato il terrazzino.
L'angolo cottura necessita di qualche attrezzo in più.

La struttura si trova in una zona centrale di Roma vicina alla via Aurelia e alle fermate metro da cui è possibile raggiungere il centro di Roma in 5 minuti. È dotata di terrazzino con tavolino e i servizi principali come cucina e bagno privato con doccia, climatizzatore. Il proprietario è molto cortese.
Lo scrivo solo come spunto di miglioramento perché la struttura è ottima, ma sarebbe stato perfetto se avesse avuto un piccolo armadio o un appendiabiti.
