Tiziana was a fab host- welcoming and responsive. The apartment was brilliantly located, with clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

The kitchen table was a little small so we had to rotate eating but as we were out most of the day, this was not a major issue.

Location was good. Missing toiletries and they should provide blankets. Kitchen can be more clean.

Kitchen was not so clean, toiletries only had 2 pack of shampoo. There was no soap to even wash hands. No blankets in bedroom only sheet. When asked we were told to just increase the AC temperature.

Spacious, clean 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment to come back to after a long day exploring the city.

We had a wonderful time here, it was very close to the Colosseum and easily accesible to the metro. Tiziana was very warm and welcoming when we met her to get the keys, and she gaves us many recommendations of places to eat. The apartment was on the 5th floor, but there was a lift that goes straight up to it. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean, and overall, it was a great place to come back to after a long day of walking around and seeing places on vacation.

the Host was very accommodating to arrange to let us in and show us around the apartment. IT was in a very good central location and was safe and secure. Everything that we needed was there for us.

Fantastic family stay!

The location was excellent. Many restaurants and cafes at a close walk. The Colosseum was a few minutes walk. We came with 4 kids and they loved the bedrooms and their own TV for watching at night after we were all exhausted.

If location is your non negotiable, this is the place for you… and maybe one other person. it was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and sights

The property was smaller than we expected, it didn’t have a washing machine as described on the site, there was no microwave to heat our left overs, had to request toilet paper as only 1 roll was provided for a 4 night stay and the building was very loud. It was over priced for what we got

Excellent, would stay here again!

The location was excellent, with a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby, the apartment was really spacious and clean. The host provided us with early check-in and late check-out (we could leave our bags untill later in the day for our flight).

The hot water pressure in the room could be a little better, and also, it was a little cold in the apartment over the night (I guess it has to do with the EU regulations about energy saving).

Great sleeping location to stay for up to five people.

There was an separeted bathroom for every room. Stylish elevator to the fifth floor. Windows to the street and roman style shades.

There was no living room and a quite small kitchen, therefore it's best only to go to sleep there. Also a modest number of drinking glasses and hooks to put on clothes were a little uncomfortable.

3 Huge bedrooms each with their own smart TVs. after spending the day together it was nice that we all had a private comfortable space to relax in. our hostess was always available to help via WhatsApp definitely a good place to travel as a group. Could not beat location. Easy access to restaurants,, hop on hop off buses and taxis.

Please make sure there are enough toiletries. Nothing worse than going to a place and have to go shopping to pick up toilet paper.

The view, the location, the elevator, the lighting concept. Private bathroom for each of both rooms.

Location just perfect, next to all bus stops (also the hop on/off busses). Good choice of restaurants around the apartment and decent prices. Also, opportunity to see Colosseum at night when all the lights are on (5mins walk).

Everything was great exact the shower.

The appartement was great! Newly renovated with air conditioners in every room (great since I had my menopausal stepmom with me) and TV's in every room (also great since my father is a senior citizen and got tired of walking so much)! The kitchen was beautiful! The washing machine had a bit of laundry detergent in a bottle so I didn't have to go out right away to buy some. Restaurants on the same street a 24h carrefour market on the next street. The balcony and the big bathrooms.

The shower head litterly dripped slowly through 4 water holes in one bathroom while the second bathroom's shower head dripped through 2 and leaked the rest out of the hose leading up to the shower head.

The location was difficult to find at first as of doesn’t match to the location on here - after ringing 3 times and a 40 min wait. We were finally directed too and taken up to our room!

É bom, mas Pode melhorar..

A localização é o ponto chave do apartamento. Fica Na rua do coliseu, vários bares, restaurantes, noite super animada, vários supermercados por perto tbm(inclusive 24h) e ponto de ônibus super fácil pra ir pra outros lugares. Amei demais. A dona também é simpática.

Infelizmente tivemos mtos problemas com os banheiros. O banheiro de uma suite não esquentava direito, tomei banho gelado todos os dias e isso foi muito chato. No outro quarto, o banheiro não tem box que feche por inteiro e ao tomar banho, ficava tudo inundado de água. Foi algo muito chato que nos irritou bastante. A luz da cozinha também é por sensor de presença, o que foi bastante inconveniente na hora de lavar a louça. O apartamento é bom mas precisa de algumas melhorias. Acredito que seja pelo fato do prédio ser muito antigo.
