The location is amazing, walking distance to the Colosseum. It is quirky, with a very cute loft set up.

Localização maravilhosa, pertinho do Coliseu, mas numa rua tranquila. Ótimos restaurantes nos arredores. O lugar estava super arrumado, deixaram até mesmo um vinho de cortesia. Também havia máquina de café e de lavar e secar roupas. Foi ótimo!

A wifi estava com sinal bem ruim desde o começo e parou de funcionar no último dia infelizmente.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! if you question staying here or other place, choose here NOW. Location is perfect! close to closeum, safe with great food around! Inside is CLEAN, and i mean it. I stayed many places and they cannot compare. Even smell inside is really gentle and pleasant. They AC is working perfectly fine and does it's wonders! BATHROOM We stayed from 26th to 30th, got 3 types of towels for each person (in my opinion this is amazing especially for longer stays). There was tiny bag with body shower, soap, shampoo etc. It can be really useful if you forget to take yours!(mine partner did haha) Also body lotion ! really good quality mini version, which helped me sooth my skin allergy! Water pressure is GREAT (WAY above what i expected especially in city such as Rome), and so is shower head. It's big and have different mode to set, if you like. There is also hairdryer and a great one! not one of those they put in hotels i have nightmares of ! There is trash bin in bathroom which is great thing to have too! KITCHEN It's small but have all you need! toaster, kettle, cute hidden fridge, and cute tiny stove. You can even squeze some juice ! There is free tea, with cups. To be specific: glasses, tea cups, espresso cups and wine glasses! JUST WOW (there is coffee machine in private corridor). What else there is olive, spices, sugar, pepper etc so not need to worry about extra cost for buying those! There is few knives, forks, spoons, scissors, wine opener and even cheese grater :D There is soap to wash dishes, sponge, cloth, kitchen paper towels and stuff to clean. BED oh yeah! this one has a lot of space! i mean it. My man easily fitted there being 190cm (at some places it can be annoying) and bed was WIDE we could fit extra 1-2 people if we wanted easily. Good mattress and even better pillows (two for a person) not need to worry it will get flat ! if you hate it like me :D Extra good thing is luggage storage ULTRA close + airport shuttle.

The location is very close to Colosseum and many restaurants nearby - I booked it because the tour operator meeting point is near. The room is good and clean. there is no microwave oven. stayed their 2 nights so no daily cleaning. the guy I spoke over phone was polite and good Aircondition works fine.

this is air bnb type accommodation, no reception. there is no lift. manage the suitcase by staircase. most importantly you need to manage the breakfast from nearby bakery. the bed is on the top and comfortable only issue I had was the ceiling was hitting my head. the most challenging part is the toilet is very small and no tray inside the shower - need to keep my body wash and shampoo on the floor.
