Vacanze Romane Basilica

Loved the character of the building and character of the apartment. Very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Everything was great. It was our first time in Rome and we had a wonderful time staying here.

connections to the historic centre. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift, very clean, stunning views, and a quiet local neighbourhood. Well-equipped with espresso machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The local cafés nearby give a real authentic Roman vibe, far from the tourist crowds.

Nothing significant

This is one of the best apartments in Rome for us. It's located three minutes from the San Giovanni metro station. It's on the fourth floor with an elevator. The apartment has two large bedrooms with windows overlooking the courtyard and a small balcony. The high ceilings are fantastic. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was leaking and wouldn't make coffee. The bathroom had a wonderful view of the Lateran Basilica. You won't believe it, but green parrots were flying right outside the window! My mornings began with birdsong and silence. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Another unexpected plus is the presence of a gas boiler and hot water. In February, we had heating 24/7 and whenever we wanted (we set the desired temperature). This is important and convenient, as many other apartments in Rome only turn on the heating for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. It was a wonderful experience, and we're happy to return!

The coffee machine was leaking and wouldn't make any coffee. That's the only negative.
