About this apartment rental
CasaRubino consists of 3 bedrooms, warm and bright, a kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony. Each room has a private bathroom and you can choose between the bedroom purple, green and yellow.
CasaRubino offers its guests the bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing boards, air conditioners, hot and cold, wi-fi.
At the table there is room for 6 people and the pantry is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and salt.
Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of local wine and regional products, on the house.
POSITION:
The apartment is located in Via Etruria around the corner from King's Square in Rome (San Giovanni) and famous central square with all kinds of services (supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, clothing stores, cash machine) and the known Via Appia Nuova, one of the most famous streets for shopping in Rome where you can find shops of the major Italian fashion brands and foreign.
It 'just 500 meters from the Basilica of Saint John in Lateran and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, two of the four most ancient basilicas of Rome, and milestones for the sightseeing tour of Rome, the Market Via Sannio, very famous in Rome, the award-winning 'Bar Pompi' (Via Alba Longa), where you can sample the famous 'Tiramisu' (coffee or fruits) or try a rich aperitif.
It 'is a 15 minute walk from the COLOSSEUM, ROMAN FORUM by, or if you prefer you can go by metro or bus 87. And '4 metro stops, lineaA, from Termini Station.
The apartment is easily accessible from both airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and the central Termini Station is 4 metro stops.
The nearest metro stop (Line A) is 'King of Rome', just 5 minutes away, with which, in a few minutes, you can reach Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Vatican City etc.
The change of bed linen and towels every customer change is included in the price.
In case of long stay each 7 nights.
Optional services can be made more 'often with extra cost.
If you wish, we can organize your transfer to and from airport or train station.

The apartment is fantastic! It is very clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked with all essentials and much more (a bottle of wine, cookies and snacks for breakfast!). These little details made our stay even more enjoyable. The metro is quite close so it was easy to go explore while staying in a quiet neighborhood with several local restaurants, grocery shops and coffee shops. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was very responsive, accommodating and took good care of us. I highly recommend Casa Rubino.

The apartment suited us very well. We probably would have liked to be a bit closer to some of the main attractions but to get that you would pay a lot more. Transportation was readily available. We used the metro and Uber quite often. We went out to eat 4 times in the area. There are a good selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store across the street.

This was a wonderful apartment. Close to the metro. If using the metro it may take a bit more travel time so make sure to plan ahead. The host was very responsive and helpful. A gem!

Irina was so helpful and pleasant, she was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment from the airport and was kind enough to set up our ride to and from the airport, helped with our luggage and showed the apartment which was awesome had everything you could possibly need also a bottle of wine on the table.This apartment is in a perfect location, many shops, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and the Metro station all within walking distance, yet away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, nice location to end your day.Irina is a perfect host, doesn’t bother you and answers any questions or requests you may have. I brought my Granddaughter and my sister, so the three of us had our own room and bathroom so nice to not have to wait or share a bathroom.I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there again if we ever return to Rome.Thank you so very much Irina for everything you did for us, it was much appreciated.
