Charming Colosseum - My Extra Home

The house was suitable for Rome with its interior. True, the renovation was a bit outdated, but comfortable and cozy. There were all the conditions for living.

The only thing I would change are a few rusty things and accessories that spoil the image of the apartment.

De locatie van het appartement, op loopafstand van het Colloseum en een supermarkt om de hoek. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Rome te ontdekken. Het appartement is superknus en de ontvangst uitstekend!

Er viel niets echt tegen, er is alleen geen vaatwasser, wat wel werd geadverteerd. Dit werd echter keurig opgepakt door de verhuurder met een voorstel. Verder is het appartement wat verouderd, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

Fantastic location. Close to the Colosseum and a lovely park. Restaurants, cafes and a Carrefour Express close by. Great managing company - they were very responsive prior to our stay, and the young man who gave us the keys was super helpful. Washing machine and drying rack were a real bonus.

Quite basic facilities for the money paid (I appreciate that everything is more expensive than usual due to the centennial celebrations this year). Could have been cleaner. Bathroom is OK but needs renovating. Could do with a coffee table in the living room and a mirror in the bedroom.

Jedyną zaletą jaką znaleźliśmy jest lokalizacja miejsca. Blisko koloseum, metra, głównych atrakcji Rzymu.

Mieszkanie ewidentnie potrzebuje odświeżenia. W sypialni łóżko dosyć mocno skrzypi, nawet przy najmniejszym obrocie człowiek się wybudza. Co jakiś czas brakowało ciepłej wody, co można "naprawić" resetując piecyk - Pan z obsługi pokazał co i jak. Jednak jest to dosyć uciążliwie, ponieważ zdarzyło mi się to w środku kąpieli i musiałam prosić innych o pomoc, aby nie kąpać się w zimnej wodzie. Ponadto pobierany jest podatek przed przyjazdem, a w dniu przyjazdu pobierana jest kaucja 200 euro, która jest oddawana w ciągu 5 dni roboczych od wymeldowania.
