The size of the space was excellent its comfortable and has all main amenities. The layout is great for families. It is a super spacious property and there was AC in the bedrooms as well as full kitchen. The host was a great communicator and the check in person was very nice. The location is great for exploring Rome, the local bus stop has many connections to get around the city and it's only a 5 min walk as well as The Colosseum and the Roman Forum right next door.
Some elements in the apartment are a bit dated, it adds to the character, but there is some wear and tear. The bed linen and towels are not included. So they charge additional fees (which were a bit expensive) and we could only pay in cash, as we didn't have the other options available to us.. This is a bit of a pain. Including it in the price or or an an option while booking would be a much better choice.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Les deux salles de bains ont été très appréciées. Situé dans une rue calme à proximité de restaurants, commerces et arrêts de bus. Communication fluide et cordiale avec Stefano. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

The apartment was clean but not quite what I expected. However it worked for us as we were out for the entire day.
We had no heating the first day and cold showers are not something that I ever want to have. We got a message 48 hours before arrival that there was a €70 linen charge for the 7 of us that is €10 per person. This was a big shock and we felt it was very expensive and just another add on to up the price of our stay. Considering we only had 5 beds!!! As we where already in Italy we were not going to make an issue in case the apartment was cancelled.
