It is at good location, but it’s in great

good location

So many cockroach in every room , air conditioner available only in 2 bedrooms but they weren’t efficient enough , electric cooking system , electric SMC switches tripping of every 5 min if we start cooking on electric cooker

Lovely time, good for big groups of friends or couples.

Don’t be fooled by the price, this is genuinely a beautiful apartment. The host was so helpful, answered all of our questions and was amazing. Great trip and this made it even better.

Nice but way too expensive for what it is (cheap furniture that saw its time)

Amazing location and good communication with the hosts. Walking distance to main sights.

The property wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived (dust on shelves and floors were dirty) but they arranged a second cleaning during our stay. In one room the main cables were out and looked like the room was not finished with renovation. The shelves in the wardrobe were breaking and the h handles from the doors were coming off during use. Mattresses very bouncy and not comfortable to sleep. Also the street outside is super loud and that disturbed sleeping.

The location was great and there was plenty of room for the family. The area was safe with shops cafes and restaurants close by Massimo was a great host who gave us very useful information and answered all queries immediately. He was very accommodating with his time. Thank you

Very nice apartment! The location was perfect. All the main sites are within walking distance. The rooms are very nice. And everything was very clean.

The dining area could maybe be a bit bigger. We were ten people (4 adults and 6 kids) and there weren’t enough chairs for everyone to sit on at the same time.

Wonderful

The location is perfect. Very close to Santa Maria Madjore (5 min) and Termini Station (9 min). Clean apartment. Large room. Comfortable bads. Nice furniture. Very nice apartment!

24 hours noise from the street. Even in the evening was noisy. The water pressure was low and we can't use two bathrooms in the same time. There is no hair dryer.

I stayed here for an holiday in Rome and everything was amazing! The apartment is awesome and the host also, very responsive. Truly wished i stayed longer and would not hesitate to come back! Also thank for setting up the ride to the airport, so much easier than taking the public trasposrtation such a great price!

Location

It could receive some improvements. One bedroom didn't have a wardrobe so we were forced to use the one on the common hall. Quite annoying if you want to change your clothes. The same bedrooom didn't have a functional lock so we had to put a chair in front of the door to keep it closed. Everything else was fine and the host was very helpful and kind. If you are traveling with children calm them down because the neighbors love their peace, quiet and comfort.

De locatie was geweldig, zeer centraal en dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden, winkels en horacagelegenheden

het appartement zag er op de site mooier uit dan in het echt. Theoretisch geschikt voor 8 mensen. Er waren 3 slaapkamers met 2 grote bedden, 1 twijfelaar en als extra 2 bedbanken (voor 2 personen). De bedbanken waren van slechte kwaliteit. de twijfelaar niet geschikt voor 2 personen, waardoor er meerdere mensen in 1 slaapkamer moeten slapen; qua privacy niet prettig. het was erg warm in de periode van verblijf en slechts 2 airco's in 2 slaapkamers, maar dat is te overzien omdat dat van tevoren werd aangegeven. De bedbank in de woonkamer was doorgezakt en hier kon men ook niet goed op zitten. De twee badkamers waren redelijk maar met slechte waterdruk en verstopte douchekoppen, één van de toiletten was lastig door te trekken

La ubicación excelente, el apartamento muy amplio, ideal para grupos grandes, los baños muy bien.

Los colchones un poco duros para mi gusto, bastante ruido por la noche. Las ventanas no aislan los suficiente el ruido y no hay mucha presión de agua en las duchas.

Une équipe au top qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivé tardive au logement. Roberta a répondu à nos questions et nous a fourni des adresses de restaurants pour tous les budgets. Un appartement magnifique, bien équipé. Proche de tout. Un carrefour express a deux pas.

Les fenêtres en simple vitrage qui laissent entrer tous les bruits des rues autour sont le seul point négatif.

Местоположението е чудесно, сградата добре поддържана и наличието на асансьор беше важно. Много удобни легла, обширно пространство, добре оборудвано, и много лесна и бърза комуникация с домакина. Магазини и ресторанти наоколо, пешеходно разстояние от повечето интересни места в града. Чудесно за семейства.

Прозорците не бяха добре уплътнени заради което беше доста шумно.

Mala relación calidad precio

La ubicación es muy buena

Los vecinos del inmueble no están contentos con que haya un apartamento en alquiler vacacional. Protestan si usamos el ascensor (es un quinto piso) y se encargan de recordar lo molestos que han sido los anteriores inquilinos. La cocina carece de los utensilios básicos (cuchillos, espátulas, trapos de cocina...) y las sartenes están tan viejas que no apetece usarlas. Lo peor es el ruido. La calle es muy transitada de coches y está empedrada por lo que los coches hacen mucho ruido de día y de noche. Las ventanas son de mediados del siglo pasado, de madera, estropeada y no cierran bien (todas las ventanas), por lo que entra ruido y el frio o el calor de la calle. Como el apartamento carece de aire acondicionado, han hecho un agujero en todos los cristales para poner un aparato portátil en verano. Así que es como si tuvieras la ventana abierta permanentemente. Las camas de matrimonio son cómodas pero los sofás cama deben renovarse porque hasta los niños pequeños con poco peso tuvieron problemas.
