Great apartment for many people.

The location was great…in the center of town and close to many tourist attractions by train or bus only few stops.the host was very responsive and even allowed us to drop off our bags before the designated check in time.the apartment itself was a bit old but felt very homely,there was enough room for all 5 of us.

Good location to explore Rome.

Guiseppe was very friendly and efficient and the location was good with a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

We booked 2 apartments expecting them to be in the same building but they weren’t. This was not mentioned when booking. 2 beds in the one apartment were broken. Guiseppe did give a discount for this and was arranging to get new beds.

A lovely apartment right in the heart of Rome .

We liked the location and it was very comfortable for our group. Plenty of space and everything we needed. We could walk everywhere and close to Termini station to use public transport. The apartment was bright and airy and tasteful.

Disappointing Stay – Do Not Recommend

The property is large and could accommodate 6 people. We were 4 person and it was spacious for us.

This apartment was a major letdown. Although the listing mentions two washrooms, one of them is extremely small and practically unusable. The kitchen utensils were in terrible condition—old, scratched, and with peeling Teflon coating, making them feel very unhygienic and unsafe to use. The worst part was the checkout experience. The cleaning staff entered the apartment without any prior notice, gave us no time to finish packing, and started throwing our personal belongings into the trash and on the floor. He even threw away my Apple phone charging cable. Most disturbingly, he entered my bedroom without permission and took the city tax envelope directly from my bed. As a woman, this felt like a serious invasion of privacy and made me extremely uncomfortable. There are many better apartments in Rome—cleaner, more spacious, and managed by respectful hosts. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Guiseppe over communicated and was very responsive. The location was very walkable to shops and food as well as Roma Termini. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

A nice short stay in Rome

Very big apartment! The water in the fringe much appreciated on a hot summer day! Pretty close to the train station.

We had not realized that the 2nd toilet of the apartment would be at the balcony! Also that one didnt have a shower so it would have been challenging as a group of 6 people. Luckily we were there only for one night so it didnt bother us. Also the check out was early at 10 a.m something that i havent seen anywhere else i have travelled. It poushed us though to leave early and enjoy the day!

During this trip, we had stayed in Rome for 4 nights in another apartment which was lovely, then headed to Sorrento for a few nights. Red seven was our last night back in Rome and after reading all the positive reviews and seeing the images we booked it. Also it was near the termini train station. We were so disappointed. It was dark and depressing. Tap needing fixed in bathroom sink. Pillows low quality and lumpy. Shutters poorly maintained. We were woken up from 6am onwards with noise from the market stallers setting up in the street below the apartment. Only positive was that Giuseppe the host was great, very helpful and friendly via messaging.

The Redseven property is beautiful! It was clean, spacious, comfortable for us family of 5. It is conveniently located

The property was very spacious, clean, close to train station, close to a lot of restaurants. The host and his cleaners are very helpful and friendly. It has double pain windows, you don’t here street noise.

The key to enter the main building can be challenging to use. It may need a few tries or practice to get it to work, but be patient it will work, just keep trying.

This was a gorgeous place to stay! Super spacious and very friendly host Giuseppe. Great sized rooms and a really central location. Beautiful old furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Air conditioner was really good too! We will definitely return one day, as we threw coins in Trevi Fountain to be sure. :)

There was nowhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom or bedrooms which was a little hard for a family of 5. There was also no toaster.

Giuseppe is a great host, nice and friendly. He helped us to arrange transfers in the middle of night. An apartment is great, spacious and comfortable. Good equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Second bathroom is only for emergency need, because it is situated on the balcony. It could be a problem, especially in the winter.

Convenient and lovely apartment that was a little too warm.

The location is very near the main train station, the kitchen was large and well equipped, there was an elevator, we liked the classic décor, the shower was large with good water pressure, and the living room was large.

The AC didn't work very well. The fins were coated with thick dust. We suggested they clean and maintenance the unit to improve cooling. During the day we felt OK, but at night the area does not feel safe to be out walking around. We used a taxi or walked 3 or more.
