As 2 friends traveling together it suited us as we decided to cook for ourselves occasionally. Ee liked the location and there a good food store nearby. Great food Metro and other transport. Felt very safe too.
Having locked shutters at the rear might have a been a problem if there had been an emergency. Also made the bedrooms a bit gloomy but appreciate that in the summer shade is important.
