The host was brilliant, Livia was very welcoming and answered all of our questions before and during the stay, she was so thoughtful she even gave us directions to the apartment from the termini station by local bus without even us asking. She showed us best ways to go to important attractions in Rome and provided us with maps. The accomodation was spacious. The location was convenient in that it was approximately 15 minutes walk to the termini station, there was very useful bus stop just outside the place (bus number 71) and there were many reasonably priced restaurants and supermarkets nearby because the area was mainly occupied by students. We felt safe.

The air condition in the upstairs bedroom was not enough because the room was big and open plan and we went in very hot weather in August, otherwise everything was nice about the place.

Good price - not in tourist district.

No living room

Loved the space that this apartment provided for our family of nine. We didn’t feel cramped. Plenty of space for everyone, kitchen had everything we needed. Tucked away in safe neighborhood, short walk from Termini station. Where you can take a bus or metro to any destination you want to visit in Rome. Also walkable, it took us about 30 minutes to walk to coliseum. We walked at night and felt completely safe. Great restaurants just around the corner. We had one of the best meals in the family restaurant located minutes from the apartment.

Was very close to some lovely restaurants. Had a washing machine and drying racks.

The property wasn’t at all as advertised. Beds were uncomfortable. Couldn’t use the air conditioning in one room as was too loud. The other one had a musty smell. One of the shower heads was broken.
