Highly recommend this place due to the perfect location and outstanding hospitality!

he location was fantastic—super close to the metro, which made getting to all the main attractions in Rome effortless. The host was truly wonderful: incredibly kind, very quick to respond, and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was also spotlessly clean.

The furniture and appliances are a bit older, though everything functioned fine. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: the apartment entrance requires you to go down a small staircase, which might be a little tricky with a baby stroller.

Stuff amazing as well we keep on touch about all our needs or wishes. Can't be better 10/10!

Worst stay ever

The location is good. Entry the house is easy- self checkin

1. Everything is low quality. Furnitures, bathroom. The bed is noisy and not comfortable, and the pillows are very, very bad. 2. I didn't like that we lost the electricity in the flat while I was in the shower at night. The water heater was out of order until 9 a.m. So, I had to stay with foam on my hair and couldn't even dry it. I couldn't charge any batteries. I had to change all my plans for the next day. 3. The lady who is taking care of the place is not reachable all the time. After we lost the electricity, in the morning she texted, it not the flat problem, it happened to whole building. She didn't even say, "Im sorry that this happened to you." She is very rude.. 4. There is a barking dog from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The walls are thin, and you hear all the neighbors. 5. The flat is in the basement. There were 2 very bad cheap perfumes in the house to cover the basement smell. 6. It's only okay for 1 night stay, I unfortunately stayed 5 nights... still, my back hurts. 7. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. 8. It doesn't look like in the pictures. 9. It is not a cheap place, definitely not worth the money.

This apartment was perfect for the price and location!

The location of the place is great in terms of connectivity. The host was great. She had compiled all the useful info in a binder. She was also very accessible for little things like translation. The fact that the flat was in the basement worked well for us because it was hot during June and the basement remained naturally cool without the need for AC.

The apartment was how it looked in the pictures. It was very clean. The location is excellent. The fresh produce market is within a few minutes walk. The metro station is very close.

There were loud neighbors who got up before 6am and a dog barking in the mornig time.

I definitely recommend this location!

The apartment was fully equipped, it has everything you need. Wifi works perfectly. The best part is the location, because the apartment is so close to everything! You can reach the city centre really fast by metro which is very cheap (1,5€). But also you can go about 3km and see the beautiful streets and buildings while having a walk. GREAT local restaurants, gelaterias and bars just around the corner. Also the owner was super nice and gave us a really warm welcome.

Good low budget apartment

Area around is quiet, short walk to Metro and bus stop. A few shops around and eating places.

Labelling of apartment on the outside not clear. Kettle full of limescale and could do with updating to filter kettle. Cups were not clean, they had tea/coffee stains, had to scrub them before use. Fridge was noisy especially at night.

Overall it was nice stay at Olimpo Ap. With some improvements inside ap., can be perfect, as Rome...

I think the apartment offers some basic features - good accessibility to subway (10 min) and bus (3-5 min) - being a residential area, lots of mini-markets/supermarkets and small places to eat - big space inside - very friendly and helpful host/agency (everything we asked for they were prompt and efficient, e.g. early check-in, changing the blanket/cover as it was full of hair from the previous guests' dog). But still, a lot of things needs to be improved.

The cleanliness must be improved so to ensure e good stay at the apartment. I would also recommend to check the inside facilities that were included in the presentation and showed in the pictures, because these are too old and even not working or missing: - microwave and toaster not working - kitchen needs deeper cleaning - hairdryer missing - bathroom amenities too old, shower almost broken. Hot water was hard to get sometimes.

El departamento cómodo,, las instalaciones limpias, todo a la mano. La anfitriona Ely siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras consultas. Habia un mercadillo cerca, tiendas y restaurantes, incluso un restaurante peruano.

Nosotras llegamos en tren y los alrededores nos parecieron medio lúgubres. Nos sorprendió que estuviera ubicado en el sótano ya que no teníamos buenas vistas. El AC comenzó a fallar pero Ely nos dio la opcion de mudarnos a otro depa disponible que tenia. Si te vas en teen como nosotras un poco complicada la distancia.

UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE

Excelente ubicación, cerca a las paradas y al metro. Tiene un mercadillo cerca. La casa permitía poder cocinar a gusto ya que a media calle había un super PAM. Tiene lo básico y lo esencial para descansar y continuar con tu visita a Roma. El que este en un bajo no fue problema para nada. Definitivamente de volver a Roma no dudaría en contactar con ellos.

Viaje estupendo en pareja

Lo primero la amabilidad de la dueña, una chica estupenda, atenta, resuelve cualquier problema enseguida, no dejó quedarnos hasta más tarde el día que marchábamos sin suplemento. El apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por Roma. Bus prácticamente en la puerta del apartamento, bares, restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca . Además limpio y muy cómodo. Para volver y repetir, sitio que recomiendo.

Al estar en una piso por debajo del nivel de la calle, hay poca luz y ventilacion, pero por unos dias no es un gran inconveniente.

Ottima zona, alloggio per fornito

Self check-in facile e veloce, proprietaria disponibile che ha dato indicazioni ottime. La zona è perfetta: non sei in pieno centro, ma sei vicinissimo a Metro, Bus e la zona è ben rifornita di tutto ciò che ti può servire. E' una zona residenziale, quindi silenziosa la notte. La stanza è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort: la proprietaria ha lasciato anche un ombrello (molto utile dato che non lo avevamo).

Alcuni elementi sono un po' vecchiotti o rovinati, si potrebbe fare un cambio su alcune cose (es. mobiletto del bagno, armadio in camera). Le pareti della camera sono molto sottili, se avete qualcuno nell'alloggio affianco, si sente.
