Good value for money

Excellent value for money, very close to the metro station making access to the city super easy. Apartment was clean, comfortable, with two showers which met the needs of our group. Peter our host was very helpful, in telling us how to get to the apartment before our holiday and with suggestions for places to eat close by. Tea, coffee and toiletries were also in the apartment, handy when travelling light.

All good, would stay here again.

Excellent stay at a place just above metro station with all amenities

We stayed in Long Bridge house from 12-17 Sep, 2025. Property is located at an excellent location, just above Ponte Lungo metro which is 3 stations away from Roam Termini. Spacious flat at first floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The rooms have all adequate furniture. Beds are very comfortable. Hot water is readily available. Bathrooms were very clean. Adequate linens and towels were available. Kitchen has all the amenities. Wifi was also available. Some goodies were also kept by the host. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Key was kept in a lockbox with code. Host Pietro is very cooperative. He has clarified all the queries patiently. Location is safe and surroundings have many shops. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend to book this flat without any doubt. Thanks once again to the host Pietro for being very cooperative.

Great location easy to get access to city center

Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard and when it says air conditioning it is only really in one bedroom so the rest of the flat is really hot. We asked the landlord to get us a fan but he refused.

Apartment as expected, as described. Location very good.

Everything was perrfect until electricity was interrupted due to the heat (hottest days un Rome this summer). As a consequence Air conditioning did not work and water supply was interrupted as well. So we spent two hottest nights without electricity, without air conditioning and without possibilty to take a shower. Also usage if toilet was limited due to lack of water. We understand that this was unusuall situation and the host could not do anything to fix the situation, but still these were two hard nights and days.

Exceptional

Great location close to metro (Ponte Lungo) and train (Tuscolana) stations. Plenty of local delicatessens, cafes, and restaurants and just a 2.5km walk to the Colosseum and 3.5km walk to Trastevere. Pietro ŵent above and beyond to make our stay smooth, thanks so much Pietro! We ll be back again :)

Good spot close to city centre

The host was kind and was always in contact with us. The flat was really good with everything you need to have a good trip. Everything was clean. The property was close to a metro station (20 mt walking) and had good stores in the surroundings.

There was one thing that was not 100% comfortable though. As it was the ground floor (or 1st floor in Italy), the main bedroom was just in front of a recycling point, and in the morning there was a lot of noise because people used it or the recycling truck collected the stuff. This is not the responsibility of the host, but if you don't want that noise or are sensitive to it, have in mind this issue.

Fixing internet and ensuring enough supplies/stationaries goes a long way towards improving score.

Airport train, metro, cafes and restaurants nearby. City centre fairly close. Clean. Two bathrooms with shower in both.

No functional Internet. Two of the beds were very creaky, fell slightly apart and were unfit for adults. Thin walls, could hear every person in the block leaving and arriving. We could not find a way to get hot water in both showers simultaneously. No salt/pepper in kitchen. Had to ration toilet paper to make it last. Only thin blankets and sheets, no duvets in beds. A couple of power strips would help compensate for the lack of power outlets.

- Super cosy flat. - The suite was very spacious. - Kitchen with all the utensils. - Very clean and organized. - Friendly and helpful owners. - Metro almost in front of the flat. - Wifi works very well.

As the flat is on the ground floor, some mornings it was possible to hear the noise from the street, but nothing that disturbed the stay.

The perfect place to stay for visiting Rome

The apartment is in a perfect location just two steps from the metro. There are many cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets in the neighborhood. Peter is a great host and was very friendly and helpful.

It was an unforgettable experience in Rome. The apartment for me was more like home, not a hotel.

The location is perfect, and the area is located in a non-tourist neighborhood but very convenient to most places in Rome. The apartment has a kitchen, so you can also cook and prepare food from nice ingredients bought from the supermarket. The host is very friendly and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant and memorable. Will definitely come back to the same place if I travel to Rome.

Everything was good

The owner is excellent. Presentation upon arrival. Location 2 meters from the metro station. Location near the railway station. 500 meters away is a 24-hour supermarket. The prices are inexpensive. Prosecco 3 euros.

Very noisy apartment. The front door is not soundproof. Sounds from other floors are well audible. There are blinds, but shu from the street is big at night. The microwave does not work. Only grill. No knives. One is bad.

La casa è molto grande, a un piano rialzato al quale si accede tramite pochi gradini. Nonostante sia a piano strada, di notte non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. I letti sono molto comodi.

Appartement très propre ; propriétaire à l’écoute

L’appartement en rez-de-chaussée surélevé donne directement sur le hall d’entrée, il est donc assez bruyant. L’avantage est qu’il dispose de 2 salles de bain.

Limpio con buena ubicación

La ubicación de la casa es excelente, con parada de metro y de autobús al lado. además, parada de tren Roma Tuscolana a 10.minutos andando que lleva directo al aeropuerto de Fiumicino. La casa muy limpia y Pietro nos dejó unos detalles de bienvenida.

Tuvimos que esperar a la entrega de las llaves. Viajaba con mi madre, mayor, y después del cansancio del viaje, tener que esperar de pie en la puerta del portal no fue lo mejor.
