Great stay in a well-located apartment

We had a very nice stay in Alexia’s apartment. The location was excellent – close to shops, transport, and all the main amenities. Everything was very convenient and made our holiday in Rome easy and enjoyable. Alexia was kind and communicative, and we appreciated her messages. Although the kitchen could be improved a little, overall the experience was very positive. Thank you for the stay!

Would definitely stay again here, when in Rome!

I had no issues communicating with Alexia and the apartment met all of my expectations! The location is good, near Metro and Bus stations. There is also market nearby. The interior garden is divine!

It doesn't have air conditioning, only fans in every bedroom, and it can be annoying at night, for kids and adults.

Perfect Rome Apartment for family, easy transportation

Large apartment in a safe location, easy access to train and metro. The host was always willing to offer help and suggestions. For our family with 3 kids, the large rooms, laundry, kitchen were perfect for our time. We did not need a car and found some great restaurants close by.

Spędziliśmy tu bardzo miły tydzień

Dobre połączenie z lotniskiem Fumicino. Mieszkanie jest 500m od stacji kolejowej. Pociągi na lotnisko jeżdżą co 15min (nawet o 6 rano). Dobra komunikacja z centrum (metro w godzinach szczytu jest zatłoczone - czasem bardzo). Gospodyni stara się by goście byli zadowoleni. Wszystkie drobne problemy rozwiązuje od ręki (w mieszkaniu były grzejniki elektryczne w każdej sypialni, kilka nowych garnków / patelni).

Mieszkanie z pewnością zasługuje na generalny remont. Gdy przyjechaliśmy było w nim dość wilgotno (listopad) i dopiero po 2 dniach ogrzewania udało się pozbyć lekkiego zapachu stęchlizny. Szafki w kuchni bardzo wysłużone. Ciepła woda jest z termy elektrycznej. Wystarcza na kąpiel 6 osób pod warunkiem, że nie zmywasz w tym samym czasie (brak zmywarki). Podsumowując: jeśli twoim celem jest zwiedzanie Rzymu i potrzebujesz mieszkania tylko do nocowania i prostych posiłków to będzie OK (my mieszkaliśmy przez tydzień). Jeśli chcesz odpoczywać w mieszkaniu, drażnią cię zużyte sprzęty albo zależy ci na komforcie to poszukaj czegoś innego.

Un excellent endroit en famille, d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié L'accueil, L'emplacement, l'espace du logement et la décoration. La cour intérieure et les commerces /métro à proximité.

Nous avons transmis directement quelques points d'amélioration possible. Nous avons juste manquer de qq prises électriques et nous nous somems adaptés à la salle de bain/WC pour 7 personnes.

Прозорците не се затварят плътно. В кухнята има прозорец, който беше високо и не можеше да се затвори. В банята нямаше парацал или моп за подсушаване и банята се пълнеше с вода. Нямаше канал за стичане на водата. Апартамента се нуждаее от освежаване. Доста амортизиран със стар хладилник, шкафове, уреди..

Eccezionale , sia la casa sia il posizionamento che consiglio sia per gruppi che per famiglie e nonostante non ci sia il condizionatore è cmq un ambiente fresco. Sono stata un incanto :-) per ottimo sotto ogni aspetto la signora Alessia fantasticaaaaa!

Buena localización pero descuidada

Ubicación, Habitaciones amplias con Camas cómodas y buena wifi. La lavadora estaba estropeada pero la arreglaron enseguida.

No había aire acondicionado, en su lugar había ventiladores. No había utensilios de limpieza, ni bayetas, ni escoba, ni recogedor. Las ventanas no cerraban bien y tampoco la puerta del baño. La nevera no estaba limpia cuando llegamos. Echamos de menos una botella de agua fresca de cortesía con el calor que hacía.

Breve ma bellissima esperienza nel cuore di Roma

Tutto gentilezza da parte dell host,pulizia comfort Alessia la padrona di casa è molto attenta e premurosa, ci ha trasmesso subito La sua empatia e disponibilità indicandoci ristoranti e posti da visitare, l appartamento è in zona centralissima e a pochi passi dalla metropolitana . Super raccomandato, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto Alessia

Cieszę się, że na pierwszą wizytę w Rzymie wybrałem właśnie ten apartament.

Świetna lokalizacja, ciche miejsce z łatwym dostępem do metra. Również pieszo nie jest daleko do ważnych zabytków. Wnętrze nie jest nowe, ale za tą cenę oferta jest uczciwa. Mieszkanie jest funkcjonalne i w dwie rodziny z dziećmi, łącznie 8 osób mieliśmy komfort. Właścicielka interesowała się nami i jakością pobytu co było bardzo miłe.
