Our 2nd time was just as awesome and pleasant as our first stay in 2023.

Nice welcome from Guilia. Welcoming goodies. I think it would be easier to have self check-in, as I had some issues with my phone which delayed our arrival by 40min. Apartment clean and tidy. Comfy beds and 2 shower rooms was a bonus. Balcony nice👌

On second day of our stay, a man delivering something for the apartment, just unlocked the door and walked straight in while I was making my breakfast. Didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Made me feel very uncomfortable as I didn't expect his arrival. Should notify about people entering the apartment during the stay.

The apartment is close to the metro station; very comfortable beds; Giulia, the landlady provided water and snacks as well as coffee. That was very kind.

Giulia had to come to the apartment with workers for maintainance when we were absent; one evening we came back and a laundry bag laid on the floor inside the apartment; loud neighbours upstairs; in one badroom 4 or 5 black hairs on the wall.

We had a great stay at La Casa di Anto. I like the location, well connected to the metro and bus and not far from the city center. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, comfortable and clean. Giulia was very kind and helpful. I recommend the apartment for both short and longer stays in Rome.

Giulia is very kind, helpful and welcoming. Apartament is clean, well equipped and located in peaceful neighborhood. It's only 8minutes away from the underground. Close to the city center and Vaticano. There are shops and restaurants near by. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend this place!

Lokalizacja - blisko linii metra A (10 min piechotą), którą można się dostać np. do Schodów Hiszpańskich, Bazyliki św. Piotra czy Muzeum Watykańskiego. Niedaleko również jest inna linia metra i przystanki autobusowe. Apartament posiada trzy pokoje, osobną kuchnie i dwie łazienki. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty: mikrofala, ekspres, czajnik elektryczny, opiekacz oraz naczynia, sztućce i garczki. Właścicielka zrobiła nam oprowadzenie po mieszkaniu. Pokazała gdzie są ręczniki i suszarki oraz omówiła krótko zasady. Zostawiła nam też przekąski. Mieszkanie znajduje się na 3 piętrze, jest winda ale pół piętra trzeba wejść po schodach, aby się do niej dostać.

W niektórych miejscach w mieszkaniu widać upływ czasu. Jednak mimo to było czysto i schludnie.

NO PUEDES IR A ROMA SIN PASAR POR AQUI

Nos recibió la anfitriona nada más llegar (más tarde que previsto en el check-in), nos hizo visitar el apartamento explicándonos todo. Hemos estado 5 días en el apartamento y la verdad que tiene de todo. Para cocinar, desayunar, cenar, esta todo preparado. Hay cafetera, tostadora etc. La casa también dispone de calefacción central y aires por lo tanto no se pasa nada de frio ni calor. Nos recibieron con algo de desayuno para el siguiente día y unos pequeños chocolates por Navidad. La anfitriona nos recomendó igualmente sitios por el alrededor, fue muy amable con nosotros. Destacar igualmente que hay una parada de bus a 2 min que te lleva al centro directamente en unos 10-15 min (te deja frente al coliseo también). Es una zona un poco más alejada del centro pero muy tranquila. Tiene cerca supermercados, restaurantes, bares etc. Hemos estado encantados con el apartamento, seguro que repetiremos!!
