Everything was good, the location is good it's close to bus stop, metro station, coffee shop, mini market, etc.
Two things: the bed is not comfortable and we stayed a week for only two towels.

Posizione ottima, fermata bus sotto casa mentre camminata di 1 km per Tuscolana stazione dei treni. Quartiere vivace ma tranquillo la notte. Acqua calda nella.doccia, lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani puliti
Le stoviglie erano troppo rovinate per essere usate: padelle di teflon erano graffiatissime. I cuscini erano molto alti, già la seconda notte abbiamo preferito dormire senza.

Host shared recommendations for the restaurant, locations of the markets and laundrymat. We checked one of the restaurants - recommendation proved right. It was excellent. Location is close to market that is well stocked and opened till late.
Window shades in kitchen was difficult to fully open, at first we didn't open it, on arrival it was partially closed, making room dark. We opened it at last but didn't bother to close it again. We simply couldn't reach it.
