The holiday house "L'oleandro" is located in a condominium building in the heart of the central district of San Giovanni, behind the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and in a strategic and optimal position to easily reach the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Santa Cross in Jerusalem, Colosseum, Scipioni Park, Porta San Sebastiano, Appia Antica, Caffarella Park, Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia and the historic city center in general.
The apartment, equipped with heating system, consists of two large and bright bedrooms, for a total of four beds. They are furnished in a simple and essential way. One room, with a balcony, where you can relax and drink a coffee or an aperitif, is with a double bed. The kitchenette in the living room is equipped to prepare your own meals where it will be easy to feel at home. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare your own meals. Guests find, for free, and can use: cookies, sweets, coffee, sugar, tea, salt, oil, vinegar, mineral water. The fridge / bar is stocked with: beers, natural mineral water and carbonated lt 2, aperitifs, fruit juices, energizing drink. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, in addition to the sanitary, water heater for hot water (on request the hairdryer).
The accommodation is on the 7th floor of the building and is located about 700 meters from the "San Giovanni" stop of the metro "A" and "C" and about 1 km from the "Piramide" stop of the metro "B". Both metro stations served by ATAC bus stop near the house (bus line 360 from metro A and bus 77 from metro B).
Near the apartment you will find all the necessary services for a quiet stay, within walking distance in a few minutes: bars, restaurants, shops, hairdresser, pharmacy, taxi, bus ...

Updated bathroom. Small, but functional kitchen. Great windows, small balcony that was delightful, and blackout shutters for a great sleep. A/C heaters in each bedroom. Lots of light. Handy elevator makes the place accessible after a six-step entry to the lobby. Plenty of bars, bakeries, pizza places, and restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores, too. Major bus stop nearby with taxis easily available, as well. The host was friendly, helpful, and non-invasive. We enjoyed our stay.

grande disponibilité d'Alfredo.
Appartement propre. Mais par contre, laisser la nourriture des anciens locataires, c est gentil, mais ça serait bien de vérifier les dates de péremption. Nous avons retrouvé des viennoiseries, dont la date de péremption était de juin 2021, et nous sommes en septembre.
Pour la kitchenette, elle manque grandement d'équipement : Pas de micro-ondes, qui serait un minimum, ni même une cafetière. Tout ça ne permet pas de faire 'comme che soi'. Bon, pour ça on était quand meme au courant, mais j espérait que ça ait changé. Manque de vaisselle (1 petite cuillère pour 4 par exemple). D'après Alfredo, il faut manger dehors, au restaurant. C'est sur qu'il fait participer à l'économie locale, mais quand même...
Appartement bien situé, mais comme tout coin de Rome, environnement bruyant.
La salle de bains n est pas équipée d une baignoire, mais d'une douche, pratique. Mais ça ne correspond donc pas au descriptif.serviettes de bains et draps pas vraiment au top de la propreté. Je ne dirais pas qu ils étaient sales, non, mais plutôt un peu tâchés.
Surprenant, pour les français que nous sommes, de voir un seul drap très fin couvrir le lit, mais vu la chaleur en cette fin septembre, j ai vite compris qu il n'y avait pas besoin de plus.
Je me permet de dire tout cela, car même si le prix de la location est très correct,
ces détails, si ils sont corrigés, permettront à Alfredo d' offrir une meilleure expérience. Et pour le même prix, voire moins cher, j ai déjà eu mieux, d'où ma comparaison.
Bref, si le confort simple vous suffit, alors, foncez, l'appartement vous conviendra amplement. Rapport qualité prix correct. Et bien desservi en transports en commun

L'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino ai mezzi e a bar. L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Unica pecca: il Wifi non funzionante, ma non siamo stati tanto in casa quindi non è stato un grande problema
