Room was clean, air con and fan was amazing! Bed was comfortable, sheets very clean and the room/apartment had absolutely everything you can need! Check in was suuuuper easy and Laura was very nice. Bus stops to the city right outside or walkable to sights in 20mins. Gated apartment block in a gorgeous safe neighborhood full of non touristy bars/restaurants to real experience Roman cuisine. .Would have liked a microwave but that's personal preference. Hairdryer and iron in the apartment. Cant recommend more highly 10/10!

Great location

The location was very close to the city , walking distance to the colossum and roman walls. The local area was charming . Lots of mini markters, penny store, local church. Had an additional mattress for my young one to sleep.

The cleaning products such as dishing liquid wasnt enough . Unable to wash the pots and requested to pay extra for it. Don't think its fair as the products was provided . The address on the website and Booking.com was wrong at 98 when the place was 214. Kindly correct it as it causes confusion with the uber.

The hot water and water pressure in the shower were low. Additionally, there is only one lift that can carry just three people, and the property is located on the 7th floor

Good location, but lacks maintenance.

Good location, a bit remote from the street. Large apartment, fairly quiet.

Lack of general maintenance (in particular water heating system not properly functional and water leaks under the bathtub..), old and unclean kitchen (a bit sticky), unusable dishwasher. The photos look much better than the actual product, the value for price is far from good..

Good Location, poor apartment.

Location. Apartment was habitable. Only there a week so had to make do.

Marks on the walls, hole in Bedroom door, plug sockets sticking out the wall, electricity cut out numerous times, headboard on beds broken, sofa bed springs sticking out, dishwasher was out of order, food left in Kitchen cupboard, (from previous occupant?) Shower intermittently cold, toilet flusher kept getting stuck.

Meh. Good price and good location but a bit of a let down for other things.

Plenty of space, good Wi-Fi, good location in a residential area but close enough to Colosseo and other attractions.

No hot water in the shower which was inconvenient. We booked for 5 and when we were getting ready to go to bed we realised the sofa bed wasn’t made and there were no sheets anywhere so one person had to sleep on the mattress.

the flat was lovely. comfy beds. spacious. close to the city by bus. restaurants and supermarket near. clean, air conditioning

we were a family and love cooking they need more utensils, a few wine glasses. tea and coffee would be good too.

Very clean but getting hot water was a lottery

The flat was nice but quiet small

and noisy. The walls are very thin and if there is someone in the room next door and not really caring. It could get very very noisy. They are 3 rooms if they are occupied by 2 persons each it becomes a nightmare with 6 people. The bed are very narrow. I am not a thick person but I didn't sleep that well however they were comfortable. Our biggest problem was the shower. The workaround to get hot water is rid and absolutely not planet friendly as you have to let the water run full power for 10 mn at least. I was feeling very bad wasting so much to get hot water and not even efficient. A couple of time I even gave up and couldn't shower in the morning. Another time I had to finish my hair with cold water. The last day I had to leave without showering it was very annoying. They said that it is because of the old roman water pipes system but we went to other places were they had hot water running perfectly. Even restaurants.

I like the professionalism of Laura all the help she gave me regarding places to go and what bus or train to take. She's an Angel. I like my room #3 and the shared kitchen. I will booked this apartment again because of LAURA !

Dont use this place!

There is absolute nothing good about this place

We did complain about the dirty and standards of the apartment. There was marks all over the walls, mold at the window and no lamps in the ceiling. Sadly the apartment stopped responding to us.

Comfortable, clean, able to cook, washing machine, other guests were nice, size of room, neighbourhood was good, only 20 mins away from Colosseum.

A bit removed from tourist sites but within manageable walking distance. Large space, huge bed and perfect size kitchen for a few days. Has a washing machine.

The shower is VERY small, manageable for a few nights maximum. The cleaner was late so when we arrived at the agreed checkin time the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet. We had to leave and come back two hours later. Checkin staff were apologetic and let us leave our stuff but we were left waiting for a while.

Zdjęcia na bookingu nie oddawały stanu faktycznego mieszkania. W łazience była wilgoć, okna nie dało się zamknąć a na ścianach robił się grzyb. panele były w złym stanie, sufit podczas deszczowego dnia przeciekał, po powrocie do mieszkania znaleźliśmy kałużę na środku pokoju. Jeżeli ktoś szuka apartamentu i chce w nim coś ugotować to jest to średnio możliwe. Naczynią zastaliśmy w stanie do ponownego umycia. Właścicielka z którą mieliśmy styczność mało zaangażowana, próbując nawiązać kontakt aby uzyskać jakiekolwiek informacje nie była skóra do rozmowy.

Titel: Irreführende Bilder – Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem Angebot Text: Die Unterkunft entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern aus dem Angebot. Viele Fotos scheinen veraltet oder stammen gar nicht aus der tatsächlichen Unterkunft. Vor Ort war der Zustand deutlich schlechter und hatte mit den gezeigten Bildern kaum etwas zu tun. Ich fühle mich dadurch getäuscht und hätte diese Unterkunft bei korrekter Darstellung niemals gebucht. So etwas habe ich bei Booking.com bisher noch nie erlebt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Booking.com diesen Fall prüft und entsprechende Konsequenzen zieht. Nicht zu empfehlen.
