A wonderful experience for our 1st time in Rome.

It was in a very good location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, the metro, supermarkets and train station.

All the graffiti on the streets , but we found this to be in all areas of Rome.

Cool location, nice flat (as to large city standards). I would definitely recommend this place and consider staying there again next time. WiFi was ok, large bedroom was rly nice

Shower wasn't very good... I was really challenging to get the temperature right, and I usually wasn't able to. Also, the kitchen was a bit understuffed - old knifes etc. The bed in small bedroom squeaked terribly as well ;) Apart from that small things, everything else was just fine. Definitely worth the price.

Wonderful stay!

What we see in the photos is exactly what we find at the apartment. Everything works properly. The Host is very supportive and helpful. The apartment is very close the places that we needed like metro station, bakery's, restaurants, bus stations, etc etc. We would come back if there is a next opportunity in Rome.

Good location for visiting Rome

The apartment was very clean and generally comfortable. It is located very close to the Metro which was 7 stops to Termini station. There is also a lovely bakery/coffee shop just a couple of doors down and choice of supermarkets close by. There is a nice balcony and the kitchen has what you need. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels. There is a lift which is good to have. We turned heating down as too hot and we didn't use the air conditioning but good to have both. The beds were comfortable enough. Plenty of wardrobe space. There are lots of places to eat for meal or gelato and there is a beautiful park at the end of the road to walk off the calories. The host was in contact with us about key collection which was straightforward and also payment of local taxes at the end of our trip. We had two children with us and they were happy with everything in the apartment too.

Very minor things, there was a small leak coming from radiator in one of the bedrooms, which we reported to the host who thanked us for letting them know. The locks to the door of the apartment were a bit tricky as the key had to be turned several times around in the lock. Couldn't find if there was a buzzer in apartment to let someone in from downstairs, so had to go down and let my partner in as street front doors are locked after a certain time each day. There was a dishwasher but we used sink to wash up as we didn't want to waste energy. Water from tap could've been a little bit hotter, but we managed fine. As said, only minor issues and we enjoyed our visit to Rome.

We haven't hot water for first day. It was fixed the next day, but we could't take a shower after arrival. In kitchen some equipment was dirty, like coffee machine. Sofa in living room is uncomfortable.

Great flat to stay in a Rome, outside but close to the city centre

Very spacious, practical and well equiped flat, which makes it a great choice to stay more than a few nights in Rome. Very close to the metro station and located in a quiet area, close to a nice park and with lots of shops around.

A bit disappointed that there was no private parking as advertised but I could park quite easily (and for free) in the neighbourhood so it was not a problem in the end.

Outstanding apartment in a great location, hosted brilliantly.

Outstanding host, who was super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to facilitate our questions and challenges, and was super responsive. The apartment was large, well sized, modern and clean. Location excellent. Metro station on doorstop. Area full of restaurants and supermarkets.

Struggling to suggest something. Perhaps a microwave would be useful.

Nice flat, close to the metro station. You have everything inside. Nice host. Easy comunication.

Everything with the accomodation and the host is super but for tourist one important notice is that neighbors are not so nice and polite. When you use elevator you must to close smal doors behind the main door. If you dont do that elevator wouldnot work and neighbors are after that agresive, like to come in front of the appartment and argue with you only on italian. Watch out one women from 7th floor is a walking boomb. 😉

Dobra lokalizacja i kontakt z obiektem

Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem obiektu, zameldowanie i sprawy formalne zostały załatwione "zdalnie". Apartament wyposażony prawie we wszystko alebnadal brak kuchenki mikrofalowej... Blisko stacji metra, sklepów i lokali gastronomicznych.

Niewygodna kanapa w salonie, nie nadaje się do spania dla dorosłego człowieka, co najwyżej dla małoletnich dzieci. Cześć mebli, zabudowy i wyposażenia nosi ślady upływu czasu i zużycia jednak nam to nie przeszkadzało. Stosunkowo ciasna kabina prysznicowa, ale być może związane jest to posiadaniem większej.

Excelente el sector donde esta ubicado y la limpieza y servicios del apartamento, todo muy organizado, comodo, facil de salir hacia la parte turistica y la zona de restaurantes del sector es inmejorable.

Me gusto todo del aprtamento, mejoraria la nevera para mantener agua fria siempre en la epoca de verano.

dans l'ensemble, séjour agréable

métro et magasins à proximité, bon emplacement et remise des clés en main propre. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages au concierge le jour de notre départ

il n'y a pas de micro ondes ni de couteaux pour faire la cuisine (épluche légumes...) Les lits sont très bruyants et surtout celui en fer, impossible de se retourner sans un couiennement désagréable. Les grilles de la cuisinière étaient très grasses

Zona foarte buna. Foarte aproape de transportul în comun. Magazine, restaurante, gelaterie în imediata apropiere. Apartament mare, spațios și curat. Personal amabil. Ca și distanță fata de centru, aprox 20 - 25 min cu transportul în comun.

Comodo e funzionale

L'appartamento è davvero ampio e con soggiorno e camere da letto luminosi. Si trova al 4° piano di un palazzo in posizione tranquilla e al contempo comodissima (100 m a piedi da Metro Colli Albani). Ascensore vintage e strettino, ma funziona a dovere e non lo abbiamo mai dovuto attendere a lungo. Ci sono tanti esercizi commerciali veramente a tiro, da gastronomia, pasticceria, supermercato, alcuni ristoranti da asporto e con posti a sedere. Tutto ciò, per una famiglia, direi ha valore. Alcune pecche: pulito e funzionale sì, ma l'appartamento potrebbe essere curato un po' di più; qualche manutenzione qua e là, specialmente in bagno (ma non solo). Battiscopa molto rovinati (forse da un cane?!), alcune tracce di umidità, Segnale TV molto scarso (l'abbiamo usata solo come screencast). Comunque, senza troppe pretese e con un filo di spirito di adattamento, è andata bene.

Am petrecut o vacanță perfectă!

Este un apartament foarte spațios cu toate dotările necesare , la 3 minute de gura de metrou și foarte aproape de supermarket. Zona este sigură și liniștită , sunt multe locuri unde se poate lua masa.
