I can't say anything more good about the apartment.

The house was clean, close to the metro, and the owner was very attentive.

Great Rome base for families

A perfectly stocked apartment close to the metro. Great base for exploring Rome with a family. The neighborhood, while not glamorous, has everything you may need at a short walking distance, including some nice Restaurants

This is small, But the space between the mattress and the wall on the master bed made it a bit uncomfortable for someone like myself who is used to sleeping with my head against the wall

Beds not comfortable. No soap . Towels came late. They supposed to have it when you get to the apartment. No water. No basic amenities inside the apartment.

Perfect organized arrival and stay

The kitchen was very useful due to the fact that we are cooking a lot on our own for five people. Because of that a little bit more tableware and kitchen gadgets would have been useful according to our bigger family. But we arranged everything with the stuff that was available. All together we would come again to this perfect place. Thanks a lot.

Close to metro (Colbi Albani), lots of places to eat around the neighborhood.

The purple room bed (queen size) needs to be changed. It dips in the middle and is uncomfortable to sleep on.

The freezer leaked lots of water onto the floor for our entire stay. We notified property manager immediately but it was not addressed. We had to keep soaking up with towels, emptying with buckets, and mopping. we were charged the standard cleaning fee, but when asked if we could have that refunded since we spent 3 days cleaning the kitchen, we received no response.

cheap and cheerful

excellent Wi-Fi, really comfy beds and very grateful for the air conditioning in 40 degree heat. A few good local restaurants and really lovely bakery within walking distance.

it was a bit far out from the city centre although close to the metro station, was just 10 minutes on the tube to the centre.

Affordable and easy enough to travel on public transport to the centre of Rome.

Roberto was very helpful and enthusiastic in showing us his apartment.

The large bed sinks in the middle so you roll together. I can see in the comments that this has been a problem for a while so it might be time to get a new mattress.

It definitely wasn't soundproof. You could hear people talking in hallway outside apartment, and water flushing in toilets in other apartments.

A wonderful place

Very clean, tidy and modern. The kitchen had everything you could need, alongside coffee and a coffee maker, dishes and utensils, ideal for short trips where you dont have time to get supplies. The beds were very comfy. Gigantic wardrobes. Overall, the place is very homely and it overlooks other cute blocks which made us feel like we're immersed in the Italian life.

Not that it was a dealbreaker, we knew that it was a bit further away from the city center when we booked it, but the subway can be a bit scary to travel with especially if coming late in the evening.

Super séjour mélangeant visites touristiques et vie de quartier

Accueil sympathique par Robert en personne. Habitation dans un quartier de résidents italiens donc nous avons participé à la vie locale le soir ( bars, restos, commerces) avec des prix italiens et non touristiques

Дуже зручне розташування: поруч метро і автобусна зупинка. Можна легко і швидко доїхати до історичних памʼяток Риму. Також поруч є продуктові магазини, піцерія. Дуже приємний господар Роберто, допомагає з усіма питаннями. У помешканні є все необхідне для комфортного проживання: пральна машина, посудомийна машина та інші речі. Буду рекомендувати своїм друзям

La persona encargada fue muy pronta en su respuesta!

La limpieza y la localización del lugar dejaron mucho que desear. Teníamos que viajar diariamente más de 50 minutos, y los autobuses no pasaban a tiempo – en ocasiones, ni siquiera pasaban. En cuanto a la limpieza, fue bastante decepcionante: Los electrodomésticos estaban muy sucios, el lavavajillas tenía un olor desagradable, el horno estaba cubierto de polvo y los cubiertos tenían manchas blancas, señal de un mal lavado. La cafetera aún contenía restos de café y no había sido limpiada. Sinceramente, por el precio que pagamos, esperábamos un servicio mucho mejor en ese aspecto. Además, la zona –como en otras partes de Italia– nos hizo sentir bastante inseguros.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Rome. Nous conseillons l’appartement au prochain voyageur.

Roberto a été un autre très arrangeant autant pour notre arrivée que pour notre départ. L’appartement est très bien situé avec une station de métro à cinq minutes à pied. L’appartement est à environ 25 minutes en métro des sites touristiques de Rome. Il y a également un supermarché à cinq minutes. En conclusion, c’est un établissement que je recommande de par sa situation géographique. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et bien desservi.

Il est dommage que l’appartement ne dispose pas de coin salon. Il y a seulement deux chambres une cuisine et une salle de bain. Il est un peu petit pour cinq personnes surtout pour la cuisine qui n’a pas assez d’ustensiles pour cuisiner un minimum.

Utöver väldigt hårda sängar var allt helt ok i lägenheten. Kaffemaskin/kaffepress/kaffe express saknas men finns gottbomnjaffe att köpa utanför lägenheten i små kaféer. Nära till tunnelbana. Frukost till billigboeng att köpa bakom hörnet.
