Begonia Apartment

Apartment is super clean and nice with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedsheets and towels are white and spotless. There is an additional sofa in dining room, therefore the apartment is very comfortable for 5-6 person. Metro and bus station are on 4-5 minute walking distance. Metro C line is the direct way to Colosseum and bus no105 is direct line to Termini. Special thank to host, she managed our early check in after our long night flight.

—> Good location - on metro C station is just 2/3 min away , even with 6 carry on +1 check in bag we could manage easy transfer to our next destination with Metro. —> Just 100 meter away small grocery store. —> Very good Air conditioner- in both rooms AC were powerful and makes room cold quickly. —> Good Kitchen utensils - heavy bottom nonstick kitchen utensils ( two pots and one pan big size )and enough crockery for 6 people . —-> working washing machine —-> salt , sugar sachet , olive oil, pepper , coffee were provided along with cleaning liquids , hair conditioners —-> extra towels , pillows , bedsheets and comforter —-> One of the room(not master bed) is really big and can accommodate all our bags . —-> Stove top is fast and quick enough to make quick food —> good sofa bed enough for one adult —> Owner is super attentive and quickly communicated. —> we requested extra fan for person who sleeps on sofa bed ( where there is no AC), initially they informed to provide in 24 hours but later they left portable fan even before our check in —> Early check in without any extra charges.(at 1 pm) —> 3 TV in property with fire stick —> very good wifi

Listed as Most important to least important —> NO ELEVATOR - this property is on second floor and we have total 7 bags , it was having hard time. —> no exhaust fans in bathrooms in small compact bathrooms - next person cannot use toilet or shower if just after first person used , with family of 5 this is biggest time consuming for us. We also informed owner same —> very compact living and kitchen and dining area. If 5th person want to use sofa bed kitchen cannot be used . —> Air conditioner location master bed is not at good location, master bed sleep area does not get AC air, although it was powerful AC, we were sweating at night and need to Change our sleep location . —> Opening the door at the first time is very tricky, we spent almost 15 min on steps .Owner should send photo/ vedios . —> Master bed bathroom has open wires where my son got an electric shock. —> Dishwasher also get electric shock .we used dishwasher as drying rack only. —> no microwave and no electric water kettle . —> very few electric outlet for charging, master bed and kids bed have only 1 electric charging outlet . —> very small dining table with only 4 chairs. —> no cloth drying rack —> extra comforter was very dusty. —> Iron wasn’t working —> no hair dryer . —> building was old —> living room was very hot even with fan unable to open windows as owner suggested .

Everything was great: communication, apartment cleanliness, the check-in and check-out process, and the two bathrooms with good showers. The location is also excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the Metro station (Green Line), which takes you directly to the Colosseum.
