Perfect for a week in Rome for a family.

Paolo was there to greet us and walk us through the apartment. He was very freindly adn accomodating, atending to all our questions and needs. He helped us parking our car in a private garage and gave us some restaurants and tips we needed to get aroud. Over all, a great and pleasant experience. Location is near bus stops and easy to comute into the city center.

Was a pretty good stay for our 3nights stay at Rome. Would book there again. And host was easy to reach when needed.

Comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms, close to bus stop. There is one bus that stops nearby that takes you to most of the popular tourist spots

Amazing!

Location is perfect, super close to everything and there is a bus stop just 2 minutes away where you can take any bus that takes you anywere in Rome. Lots of restaurants and markets around the area. Host was wonderful and let us check in earlier which I am thankful for. Clean apartment, nice location, nice host, I definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location and very good for the price. Paolo was exceptional: super available, offers to help in any way, responds immediately. Our stay was during a heat wave, and the air conditioning was powerful. Great water pressure in the shower.

I love the location. Very convenient place, close to Vatican, close to all buses to Rome historic sites, and having multiple supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. The suite is super clean and fully functioning with kitchen (and stove), living room, bedroom and private bathroom. The bed and the sofa bed are both firmer than I expected. I prefer firm beds, so sofa bed was my concern, but this property's sofa bed is as firm as the real bed. The community is very safe and quiet and neighbors are super nice to us.

The water drained very slow in the bathroom sink. Hope it will be fixed soon. Other than that, nothing to complain!!

The host (Paolo) was very helpful from the start to finish. Good and super friendly communication as well. Gave advice about everything The appartement was clean and well organized and had everything needed. It was also perfectly located near Vatican city. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Exceptional

The place is very nice, clean and does have good facilities. It worked great for our family of 4 The kitchenette and utensils allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner sometimes. Paolo gave us great indications to move around the city, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bed are very comfortable and everything was clean. 100% recommended.

Exceptional

1. The security of the property is beyond excellent. Accss to the unit has four layers of security, first is the main gate; second is the building access door; third is the common area access door in your unit level, and finally your unit. The unit door lock is equipped with multiple vault like barrels that rotates with the key on a 360⁰ twist 2. Favio, the owner was super nice, extremely helpful, and very responsive to customer's needs. In our case, he went over and beyond what is necessary and treated us like his family when he took care of our missing baggage with the airline. He provided a detailed orientation of the unit, the property, and the entire city, complete with attractions, public transport, restaurants, and up to safety measures in the streets. Upon check out, he arranged a taxi van for us to the train terminal. Truly, an amazing and unbelievable person who turned around our dusappointing initial day to a totally wonderful experience! 3. The place is peaceful and safe with easy access to everything and everywhere.

Affordable but need better utilities

Host was flexible. We were a bit late due to cancelled bus connection but the host waited for us. That was helpful. Location was close to bus stop and it was easy to get around city. Quite close to Vatican. There is a grocery shop at a walkable distance. Lift is a bit small but available. Wifi was good.

Toilet flush was noisy. There are not enough good vessels provided. Most of the vessels were battered aluminum pots and pans which we could not use. Host can provide better quality vessels. Sofa bed was dirty, there were stains on it. On a workday, there can be really heavy traffic to get to the main train station.

Fabulous

The Pope at the Window consist of three separate apartments in block of flats, they're on the first floor and all of them share just an entrance hall. Location is very convenient, about 3-4 minutes walk to via Gregorio VII where you can catch numerous busses that you can use to travel around Rome. Metro stations are about 15 min walk from the Via Francesco Pacelli. There are plenty of shops in the area, big supermarket Agora is minutes away and the 24 hrs bar Il Pappagallo (Via Anastasio II) is about 7-8 minutes away . The host Paolo is great, very friendly and helpful. We have visited Rome before so we didn't need guidance about bus routes etc, but Paolo was ready to give any advice one may need. Our apartment (can't remember it's name, sorry) was very spacious, one double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa in the living room so we could fit in easily (two adults and two children). Bathroom is very tidy; towels, hairdryer, toiletries are supplied. Kitchenette is also very well equipped, with enough cutlery, cups, plates. There's also a Moka pot if one wishes to brew own coffee.

Overall cleanliness, quality of finish, level of equipment or bathroom amenities were great, we were very surprised that we had only one duvet cover, only in the bedroom. Our kids had to sleep under the duvet with no cover and we find that very odd. On top of that wife's pillow cover (or pillow itself) was smelling with vomit and she couldn't sleep on it. We had to wrap the whole pillow in one of the towels and then it was acceptable. We cannot cast aside the thoughts that the bed linen either: hasn't been changed before our arrival or, if it has been changed - it hasn't been washed. Anyway - this issue need solving. Other than that there was not a single thing that we could be unhappy with.

Struttura consigliatissima

L'appartamento è situato in zona tranquilla ma ben servita dai mezzi e vicino a molti negozi e supermercati. Per raggiungere il centro c'è la fermata dell'autobus a pochi metri di distanza, in una decina di fermate si è al Vittoriano. San Pietro è raggiungibile anche a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Il sig. Paolo è molto gentile e disponibile sia per accordarsi circa arrivo e partenza sia per consigliare posti dove mangiare. Consigliatissimo.

Miły właściciel i dosyć dobra lokalizacja. Można spacerem w 30 minut dojść do Watykanu. W pobliżu sklepy, apteka, kawiarnie. Cicha okolica.

Mieszkanie 2 pokojowe to tak naprawdę duży pokój przedzielony niepełną ścianą. Ściany między poszczególnymi apartamentami są tak cienkie, ze słychać dokładnie o czym rozmawiają sąsiedzi. Gdy przyjechaliśmy to pokoj był sprzątany ale finalnie podłoga byla brudna, były na niej włosy i brud.

Acomodação dentro do esperado. Funcionaria Federica foi simpatica e o Pablo nos surpreendeu com um “mimo” para aniversariante. Providenciou um bolo e até velinha. Conseguiamos ir a pe ate a Basilica de San Pedro.

We dachten kamer te hebben inclusief kitchenette, echter deze lag in een algemene ruimte. Bij het boeken staat dit er niet duidelijk op. Eigenlijk is het een soort hotelkamer ipv appartement.
