It was cosy clean and comfortable

Pillows were a little flat but overall very comfortable

The price was attractive. The remote check-in, available by midnight, was really helpful. We didn't have to meet anyone, the procedures went seamlessly. There was a bus station 200m away, making it easy to reach the centre. The dishes and cutlery were clean and useful. The bedsheets were clean. They had some books, which were welcome since we couldn't pack any.

There was a lot of noise in the hallway starting around 7 AM everyday. I do not know whether this was because of other guests, or the cleaning staff, but it was inconvenient. On one occasion, the noise persisted after 11 PM in the evening. There were some bugs on the walls when we arrived, but we quickly got rid of them, and the problem subsided.

We had an inconvenience with the water leaking from the apartment next door that ruined all of our bags and clothes for the trip, but the hosts were extremely nice and came right away to check the apartment and reimbursed cleaning fees right away. They have also explained everything we asked about transportation precisely. We felt we could rely on them to help and it's always important to have this type of contact point when traveling.

The cleaning lady cleaned the wrong room before we arrived, and insisted that we were given wrong instructions by our hosts, and kept stopping us from getting the keys to our room.

Location is ok, near bus station and about 30 min to main atractions on foot. warm water. the apartment looks ok.

I DO NOT RECOMEND Here i have a lot to say! for me, this apartment was a dissapointment. very dirty, idk what the cleaning lady did after the last visitors left the place. was she even there??? this is my question for the owner. the trash was not thrown, the floor was dirty, I had to mop it myself. the bed linen in the living room was not washed. the dish rack was black because it hadn't been washed in a long time. the dishes were sticky…the list goes on. there is no heater. I used the air conditioner, which did not cope. it creaked and was disturbing at night. in addition, I couldn't sleep because of some noises coming from above (roaring) and because I could hear everything from the hallway.
