The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of restaurants, attractions and the metro. All the bedrooms were large and the beds were all extremely comfortable, the sofa beds even had full size mattresses, it comfortably slept our group of 8. Having two separate bathrooms was convenient and the kitchen was suitably equipped with plenty of seating to socialise. Claudio the host was very friendly and informative, ensuring the bed layout was as we required and provided a map of attractions and local recommendations which was appreciated.
No negatives given the value.

Las camas eran muy cómodas, un piso muy grande y muy bien equipado. Además, los vecinos no te dan problema ninguno al hacer un poco de ruido o algo, el wifi rápido y gratis. La ubicación está genial, cerca De la Iglesia donde está enterrado Francisco, Coliseo y la Santa Escalera. Supermercados cercas, y de todo.
No había sala de estar, además de no haber fregona ni cepillo para limpiar.
