Location, location, location
Wifi gave us no trouble throughout our stay
Easy check in and check out process
One of the kids accidentally broke a mirror and the property manager showed us exact mirror and replacement cost for it. We appreciated that.
There is a washer in the bathroom but couldn’t figure out where to hang dry clothes.
Guests are unable to control the A/C themselves and have to message property manager requesting to adjust Air Conditioning temp anytime it’s needed. Were told if we open the windows that it would deactivate the A/C.
Home could use some deep cleaning. Trash bins in kitchen are dirty and mold throughout the larger bathroom (on curtains near ceiling). Very small kitchen. Was not big enough for us to share meals together at the table. The blankets in the cabinets did not smell or feel clean. Our bed in the room furthest from entrance did not have a fitted sheet, so often times we woke up on the uncovered mattress. We didn’t contact property manager because we didn’t feel comfortable with people coming into the lodging during our stay.
