Location was perfect!! It’s directly in front of a church and great for shopping. Size. 5 adult size people fit comfortably. Wifi - awful. They do have an extender but just did not work. Location: Very Clean Mattress: Extremely Firm Air Conditioning: Excellent Other: We were able to leave our bags and felt secure. I would stay here again!

This hotel is not what it’s advertised. It was a room in a second floor of a building near Via del Corso. We never saw a front desk person nor received any personal attention. I would definitely not consider this a good “hotel” for the price we paid.

We were very happy with our one night stay. There was no reception or anyone to check you in which I was a little worried about. We arrived at the Hotel 1 pm. And there was no one there. We knew this from previous reviews. Receptionist is only there in the morning from 9 am - 10:30 am to answer any questions or concerns. make sure you check your email with special code on how to enter and your room number. Code is used to enter the main front door and the receptionist area where your rooms are on the second floor. check your email!!’ email is very important Otherwise you are left with no way to get in. Our stay was really great. We are a family of 4. We were very comfortable. Our room was very roomy. 1 Double bed and 2 twin size beds . Perfect for our family. Walking distance to everywhere. We thought we would need transportation our farthest tour (the coliseum) but we walked it 25-30 min . Restaurants and shops everywhere. 4 short blocks to Spagna Metro. Spanish steps. Walking distance to TreVi Fountain and Pantheon. Our return flight home was not until much later in the day so once you checked out you were able to leave your luggage by the reception. Visable to other guests staying. Wish they had a separate locked area for luggage storage. Our luggage was fine we left it there for about 4 hours. Taxis by spagna metro . Taxis in abundance by Spagna metro . About 50 euro FCO Airport. Overall very good location. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

So it’s interesting place, run by a very nice man Ovi. Room are nice but needs improvement but then again it’s B&B and not a hotel so you expect what you pay for. Location is outstanding, if you don’t care about 2 star B&B it’s the best bet you have. Place is clean but small.

Great location.Busy area. Walking distance to Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Surrounded by restaurants, convenience store, shopping. Replied to email inquiries in a timely manner, coordinated shuttle service from Termini station and FCO airport. Expedia stated breakfast provided, however, property discontinued serving breakfast.

They did not give me the room that I reserved. Not organized at all. The mattress that I slept on has a deep hole inside. Don't understand why they can't replace it with a new mattress. However, the location is great. Very close to the City. They also offer breakfast.

honestly i was pretty surprised with how dingy looking the reception/breakfast area is upon check-in but the rooms are quite nice and comfortable. i didn’t have a problem with anything and they were really friendly with booking a hop on hop off tour for us. i recommend this place to people who are looking for a good location near the spanish steps and shopping area. a good 10 mins away from fountain trevi and metro.

The location is in the middle of all the tourist attractions and the area is always busy. Love it, highly recommended, get the room with the via del corso view and terrace. it’s like a family run bed and breakfast accomodation, occupying the first floor of the building.

The property is in great location...accessible to lots of food places and stores. Also accessible to metro and other tourist spots. The facility is clean and quiet. Although, poor WiFi connection in the hotel and not a lot amenities...they don’t have a laundry facility. The room has air conditioner but there was a power outage in the hotel on our second night and no power for about 5 hours. The following morning we had to shower with cold water because there was no hot water. The staff are cordial and helpful but not very friendly. It’s an ok property to stay for a short time.

This location is unbeatable for our family with 3 teenagers! Right in the middle of shopping and restaurants, a few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and the metro there. We walked to the Pantheon and then to the Colosseum in maybe 30 minutes. Trevi Fountain is 10 minutes away. The continental breakfast was perfect with the macchiato machine, fresh chocolate croissants, cereal, fruit. The staff was very helpful, accommodating an early breakfast time and helping with questions. Our room was quiet and far from the eating area and any noise from the street. Great A/C, plenty of hot water, nice bathroom. One bed had dirty sheets and the staff immediately got us new sheets. There was construction out our balcony so we couldn’t use it, but no one was working out there the 3 days we were there, and we didn’t spend a whole lot of extra time in the room! We got a car transfer from the airport- someone intercepted us on the way to the train station. A GREAT way to go- we got a driving tour of Rome in an a/c van!

The property was under construction and therefore all balconies were unavailable no views outside the windows aside from construction plus constant construction noise.. I spoke with the staff and they apologized and offered to move me to a new apartment but when I returned they decided against it and left me and my family there. I explained that I would not of stayed at a hotel under construction. They responded with we told Expedia so it’s their fault that I didn’t know about construction in advance. I asked the owner for an email stating that he had sent the info to Expedia. He aggressively denied any request for an email or anything else. I spoke of a reduced rate due to the state of the hotel I thought he was going to mentally lose his mind. The owner has a very aggressive attitude and horrible customer service. He offered me %10 off my next stay if I cut out Expedia or other booking agencies. News flash I wouldn’t stay at this dump again for free. Ps another thing you are treated like a child and not allowed to take your room key with you it has to remain at the front desk at all times, hotel policy. Rome was amazing and the only thing negative about the trip was our stay at this dump of a so-called hotel

We initially planned to get Via de Corso, but eventually moved to 58 Via de Frattini. Dont know how the two compared, but Frattini is a good street in proximity to all necessary (restaurant, shops, transit, attraction). Couldnt complain more.

This B & B had been updated and modernized. Our room was quite spacious (the bathroom as well) for four people with luggage. The air conditioning unit worked great as well as the wi-fi which wasn't always the case at other places we stayed at in Italy. We had a small balcony that looked out onto Via Del Corso and across the street from a beautiful church. Corso Grand Suite is located in the city-center and close to many sites in Rome. It is also in the shopping area. It's a great location. The only real complaint we had was that the breakfast is definitely on the minimal side with very limited choices.

The woman that worked within this hotel were amazing, lovely, helpful and kind. The owner was quite helpful as well and offered suggestions on where to go and how to get there. The location is ideal…Truly! My only issue is the lobby is quite small and could use a makeover. However, our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the church across the street. It is a small boutique hotel, but the price was ideal and the room was pleasant.

This hotel is okay at best. The rooms are fine, but a lot smaller, less new and darker than they seems on the pictures. The views from the rooms are not quite there either... Some of the staff speaks okay english, some only speak italian. The breakfast is fine, but small things, such as lukewarm youghurt and a quite limited selection, is not what you hope for. The location of the hotel is very good, close to all the sightseeing points and restaurants. The staff seemed friendly enough. However, our experience was far from pleasant. We were asked to move rooms, because they had to have, electricity work done. We, to be nice, accepted this and were moved to a smaller, darker room, with no hot water and broken lamps. After being out for the day, we came back to the old room being occupied by new guests. Meaning, they might or might not have had the electricity work done, but nonetheless never offered us our old bigger room, which we have payed for, back. It would have been completely acceptable if they had just told us not to be in the room for a couple of hours. Instead we were given the worst room in the hotel, and our old room was given to new guests. A very bad experience. The internet was good but quite unreliable, as it stopped working multiple times a day. To sum it up, I woulnd't pay to stay here again, because of my experience, but if you're on a quite limited budget, the good location might just be worth it.

Great location in a newly remodeled room! The hotel was small, like all hotels in the city. However the room was quite spacious. The owner was very friendly and informative. The location was amazing! We walked to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon all within a 5-10ish minute walk from the hotel. Vatican City was maybe a 25 minute walk, but it was much further from the city center. The rooms were clean and very well kept. They housekeeping was great! The only things I would mention that were not positive...the beds were not great and the breakfast was worse. I would stay again, for sure!

Great location! The hotel is very small, but the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The metro was a quick walk and the hotel is on the same street as many shops and restaurants. The only problem was that the wifi did not work in the room most of the time and the breakfast was a bit below average.

We are at the center of everything. Perfect location for shopping, eating, churchgoers, sight attractions and transportation. The staff and the owners are very friendly and courteous. They show you places on where and how to get there. I really recommend this hotel.
