Residenza Monteverde

The location was great. The room was comfortable and the AC looked broken, but it worked, which did a lot during the heat. The bed was great and the TV worked. Supermarkets are very nearby and get well connected. WiFi worked well.

Not enough space for storage. Not enough plates and cutlery. Also, not their fault but there's construction in the building, so very early on, there was banging and they woke us up and made it unpleasant to have breakfast. My biggest issue was communication. It took forever, messaging and calls to confirm that we could check in later at night, but then the night before, I was asked AGAIN if the booking was cancelled. This created so much anxiety. They need to fix their system.

The location was good,its easy to go to the center,many shops around the area.

If the aircon works properly

Ce qu'on a aimé : - c'était propre, - il y avait quasiment tout ce qu'il fallait (le linge, des cintres, un frigo, un peu de couverts et de vaisselle, une télévision Smart TV, un peu de savon, par exemple), - le lit était confortable, - c'était sympa d'avoir un balcon/terrasse, - la pression de la douche était très bien, - c'était au dessus d'un super restaurant qui s'appelle Rossovino da Maurizio (on recommande !) - il y a un arrêt bus juste à côté pour aller en centre-ville de Rome (30 minutes) et d'autres commerces/restaurants

Ce qu'on n'a pas apprécié : - les meubles ne sont pas en excellent état et il n'y a pas de petite table à manger avec chaises - la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien (des gouttes tombaient) donc le sol a pris l'humidité - ça manquait un peu de vaisselle (pas d'assiette ou de bol) - on ne peut pas ouvrir l'armoire de la salle de bain ni la chambre (facilement) car c'est bloqué par d'autres objets - il n'y a pas de cuisine ni de machine à laver comme annoncé - ce n'est pas évident de pouvoir rentrer dans le bâtiment avant d'avoir les clés (qui sont à l'intérieur)

La struttura ha bisogno di una rinfrescata sia a livello strutturale, sia a livello di arredi. Essa, inoltre, ha bisogno di pulizie nel vero senso della parola.
