La ventana del salón que da a la terraza del vecino , pero en la terraza no había ese problema

The location itself but no car parking.
The Heating System don’t work it’s a bit chilly during night time. And the bathroom overflow when you had shower. It’s hard to find car parking in the area.

La terrasse est agréable.
C’est très bruyant : des voisins criaient jusqu’à 01h du matin et une perceuse démarrait à 8h du matin car il y avait des travaux dans l’appartement à côté. De plus, il y avait également des travaux dans la rue donc les nuits sont donc très courtes… En outre, il y a 3 fuîtes d’eau dans la salle de bain dont la chasse d’eau qui ne s’arrête jamais. Enfin, aucune porte ne ferme dans l’appartement. L’appartement est à rénover.
