The apartment is comfortable and seems newly renovated. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a longer stay too. We really enjoyed the balcony at nighttime and early in the morning . In addition the location is fantastic. Most importantly, Lorenzo the owner is most accommodating and tries to cater in every way he can.

Obwohl wir erst um 3 Uhr morgens ankamen, war der Check-in sehr einfach und bequem. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und einen Supermarkt war sehr gut. Internet und Klimaanlage waren super. Der Eigentümer war per SMS erreichbar.

Гарна велика тераса. Зупинка транспорту поряд із житлом.
Доволі брудно. В душовій кабінці пліснява. Занадто мʼяке ліжко, яке провалюється, якщо людина важить більше 60 кг. Мало столових приборів.

Es muy bueno cuando viajas poder contar con un anfitrión que se preocupa y te ayuda. Lorenzo también nos ayudó con los traslados al aeropuerto. El apartamento nuevo. Muy bien comunicado con el centro. Mientras duren las obras del tranvía el bus 8 es gratis: de tu puerta al centro sin parar todo el día en unos 40 minutos. Las instalaciones bien. La cocina no la usamos. En la zona y en toda Roma hay muchas opciones para comer.
La cama muy blanda.
