The property is located in a quite neighbourhood. Easily accessible with public transport and direct connections to the city center. Enough ventiallation options cool down the room during summer period.
The kitchen utensils are not good, better they replace them. The city tourist could be included in the price rather than came as a surprise additional amount at the end of the stay.

Very comfortable stay, far enough out from the bustle of the city but not too far where it felt inconvenient. It was clean and communication from the host was always very prompt and helpful (also had great recommendations!)
Admittedly a nit-pick but certain toiletries (i.e. shampoo and bodywash) and cooking basics were absent, but with a supermarket around the corner this wasn't a big issue.
