Hidden charges, we ended up paying around 100 Euros more for cleaning charges and taxes etc which was never mentioned on the booking page or clauses etc. the metro line A to this place closes sharp at 9 pm.

I will definitely return to this apartment when in Rome

Location, apartment and facilities, safe neighbourhood, not touristic but very easy to access the center, the metro and bus stations right at the door of the house. Cheap supermarket in the building, nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. All is provided for a comfortable stay

I would recommend the owners to change the bedding textile, all the rest is superb

Very nice place with VERY comfortable beds, good contact with the owner, everything was pretty clean. Good comfort. Very near to the metro station, the market is in the same building, various places with food in the neighbourhood, around 30 minutes of walking to the Vatican. I think I might visit again.

There was one incident I didn't like - someone opened the door the very last day of our stay at approx. 7:30 a.m and I was the one who experienced it but it scared me so I didn't do anything. (I think and hope it was the owner or someone who takes care of the flat just checking if we've already left, but they could also write us, since the check-out was 'till 11. Please be aware that the door close but you can't shut them and can be opened with a key from the outside. Also the fridge was smelly, but since we didn't spend so much time in the flat, it didn't bother us that much.

Location is perfect, metro station at the front door so very handy to go anywhere in Rome.

Description said there were two beds and one sofa bed. However there was only one bed and two sofa beds, one in the living room and the other one in one of the bedrooms. It was not very clean. Towels provided not enough for a long stay or group.

Okay, but not great.

The location was great, above a supermarket and a few steps from the Metro.

Not enough cups and glasses, only 3 cups! The booking was for 6 people. Clothes horse left in middle of living room. Only 1 set of keys, so when our parents rested, and we went out, we had to lock them in! Flusher on loo temperamental.

Perfect, private and excellent value for money.

The property was spacious, it was modern and clean. All the essential items such as washing machine, iron, hairdryer were available. The apartment has hot water and excellent and modern heating systems. The showers were clean the cooker and oven were high quality and modern; in excellent working condition. Metro was right outside the apartment which was very convenient for our plans, everything such as The Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc were on the same Metro Line A. Markets and a pharmacy was on the ground floor of our building. Multiple pizzerias snd cafés on the same road. Importantly, it was private with small balcony. People were not intruding or looking. TV had Netflix which was working. Walter was a good host snd was just a phone call away. I would definitely recommend.

It is on the 5th floor and the lift is tight but it’s not really a problem. TV control needed batteries but we didn’t ask Walter or call him, he would have come if we had called.

It was a beautiful and modern place to stay but accessibility was something to be desired.

There was no breakfast and the location was okay.

It was not accessible as we were told. At the last minute we were told that the wheelchair would not fit in the lift, so we had to transfer my husband to an uncomfortable commode/shower chair to take him upstairs and then back down. He then had to be transferred onto the couch or stay in the commode chair with his head up against a wall. This was disappointing as we really enjoyed the apartment.

Accogliente , pulito, spazioso, silenzioso. Metro vicinissima, massima disponibilità dell' host, pagamento all' arrivo senza anticipo. Per un gruppo di amici o famiglia è ottimo. Bel bagno spazioso.

Da rivedere la doccia, stappare il rosone così che non si schizzi ovunque. Qualche coperta in più. Da sostituire i divani letto, per pochi giorni ok, ma più a lungo potrebbero non essere il massimo.

Es un apartamento amplio, muy bien equipado, está ubicado en un sector agradable y lo mejor es que la estación de ingreso al metro está como a 50 metros. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y las camas super bien para descansar.

L’appartement est grande, bcp d’equipement: machine à laver, cafetière, lave vaisselle, draps, serviette... Système d’electricité sécuritaire. Le lieu était propre.

Appartamento ampio e nuovo. Dalle foto si intuisce che l'appartamento è grande ma quando siamo entrati siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla grandezza e comodità degli spazi, eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini e siamo stati benissimo. Inoltre la posizione TOP proprio sopra la fermata della metro. Sotto casa negozi e servizi per tutte le esigenze. Check in facile e comodo grazie a Silvia, disponibilissima. Sicuramente quando ritornerò a Roma saprò dove alloggiare. Consigliatissimo.

El apartamento está genial conectado con los mayores puntos de interés turísticos de la ciudad, ya que tiene una entrada de línea de metro justo en la puerta. Se encuentra a dos paradas del vaticano hacia una dirección y la zona más céntrica a 6 paradas hacia la otra dirección. Se llega rápido y fácil. A pocos minutos andando está la parada donde te deja y te recoge el autobús sit bus shuttle aeropuerto fiumicino. Justo al lado del portal hay un supermercado que está muy bien para comprar cosas básicas y comida. En la calle de en frente hay un Burguer que nos encantó y cenamos dos veces en él, los chicos amabilísimos y la comida muy buena: " Moments Burguer". La zona cuenta con varios sitios para comer, tiendas y farmacias, lo que hace que todo sea más fácil y práctico. El apartamento cumple a la perfección con la descripción y las fotos de la web. 💯 Recomendable si estás buscando calidad, precio, comodidad y limpieza. La chica encargada del check in muy amable, nos explicó todo muy bien y nos dio consejos para movernos por la ciudad

Por mejorar algo, quizás el colchón del sofá cama del salón.
