It is close to public transport, close to the central area. Room with balcony equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge. The common kitchen where you can find the strictly necessary.
In front of the building is a cafe with a terrace where you can find snacks for breakfast and an extraordinary coffee. I do not recommend American coffee, better a double expresso!
The location of the bathroom, you meet the neighbors only in a towel or underwear. Inconvenient for sensitive people :))

Friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable but not luxury to be clear. Public transport to central Rome on doorstep by way of busses - very good regular service and I to early hours of the morning. Small kitchen available to use and a small fridge in room which is big bonus.
Main issue - hosts request a €250 deposit which is more than we paid for our stay . The deposit was returned fairly to be clear - but it is a questionably steep deposit. Toilet is “private” but not en-suite so be aware you will share a corridor with all other guests to each access our respective private toilets. Toilet didn’t flush correctly when we were there but these things can happen - hosts dealt with it in responsive manner.
