Gem in Rome!

The location was very good, just 20 minute walk from Vaticna city. The accomodation was lovely, room was big and the balcony was very nice! Crishani was very nice and helpful! The coffee and snacks were great! Would recommend and stay here again:)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is a great location and is a walking distance to cafes and stores.

We liked the hospitality of the owner of the Airbnb showed us. He provided warm welcome, made us feel comfortable and was helpful and showed personal care. When we checked out of the Airbnb he helped us take our luggage downstairs and waited with us till our Uber came.

We did not like that there are several steps to climb up before reaching the main level where the elevators are located and that made it difficult to take up our luggage.

There is a washing machine.

Keys-both front door to building and to our room are dodgy and need re-cutting. You shouldn't spend 15 minutes trying to get in! Beds- hard Pillows- 1 flat, hard pillow each. Uncomfortable sleep. I had to use my neck pillow from plane. Bathroom- full of mould. The cleaner came in and scrubbed for us but we went out and bought our own bleach. Disgusting!! TV- didn't work for 2 days as the adapter in the wall was crackling when we were sleeping and melted. Could have caused a fire so we took it out of wall. Cleaner replaced it on day 3! Hair-dryer- not working so cleaner took 1 from another room!! Nothing worked or was any good. Do not stay here!!!!!!! It's a hostel, not a BnB

ove to another place(actually I found that room is from the other host and that host is good).But,he told me that I need to move to the other room for the second day when I just woke up at 7 am.cool.so I was going to get out of the room and have fun.but I have to pack my baggage before I leave(waste my time).But the most ridiculous thing after.He didn’t send me any massages after I get out of that room for the first day.Like WHOLE DAY.After the sun going down it’s getting dark and cold and I sent massage to him asking where I’m going to move in tonight.HE DISAPPEAR,no massages,no replays.i called him also .but no.I was alone in the street and it’s dark and cold and I have no where to go. Ridiculous.i have to sent massages to the boy that host me last night try to find him.and after 30mins later he’s alived. And send me a new address for the room that I can move in the second day.and I didn’t see his face all the time.dont know how he is ,dont know where the room that I actually booked.

Horrible experience don't recommend

The location was excellent but not worth the pain

I booked this property after seeing the reviews but I m totally horrified with the experience. The host was unresponsive. Needed to follow up multiple times just to get check in instructions. They didn't have a reception as claimed also no secured luggage storage. The rooms had a shared common area which resulted in noises all night. The room didn't have blinds as a result there was no way to block the sunlight. Also the room was dimly lit, couldn't see a thing. The bathroom were mouldy. And the clothes hanger was broken and it fell on me. In the middle of the day a scary looking person banged our door and said something in Italian rudely. I felt unsafe and traumatized

Newly renovated super clean apartment

Although I didnt stay exactly at the booked property but the other one they offered me was just awesome! I loved the newly renovated apartment and everything there was just perfect! Thank you for the offer and I would suggest the future guests to also accept the other offers if the one you booked is not available. I would definitely go back to here.

Only for me location was a bit farther than expected. It is about 30 min walk to Vatican - which is ok if you are interested in that area. Other than that, nothing to complain.

Comfortable stay and attentive hosts

The small hotel looks very nice with a lot of careful details, nice big terrace with place to sit and even have a meal. Well equipped kitchen and lots of snacks and coffee options, which is very kind and thoughtful from the owner. Our room (Bamboo) was spacious with enough room for luggage and clean. The housekeeping girl and the owner were very nice and responsive to all our questions. The location is some 15 mins by bus or 25 mins walk to Vatican.

Only the bed mattress could've been more comfortable.

The propery is an apartment that were converted into small hotel. It is small but very cosy, calm and greating place, and you feel yourself as living in a family. Rooms have very interesting and cheerful bright design, pretty spacious, beds are comfortable. You have all the keys and can leave and return 24h which is so nice. There is a nice comfortable kithchen that always have some snacks and drinks for you accesible 24 hours. You can also cook for yourself there. A beatiful terrace with a view to the green hill makes the stay very special. The propperty located not in a downtown, but bus stops are near the house. It is also 15 min walk to the nearest subway station. You can also walk to the Vatican (about 20-25 min walk).

We only feel a small lack of garbage busket in our room (it was in the kitchen only), and all the rest was excellent!

Very poor

It was awful experience. I just want to warn everyone who plans to book a room at this property. If you are late on your check in time, your reservation will be canceled. No one will inform you about that, and you will be left at the street. This is exactly what happened to me. I booked a room at this place for a 2-night stay. I had to check in at 21.00, but I was late and managed to arrive to the property only at 23.30. Finding this place is also not an easy task. Anyway, I couldn't get inside of the apartment. I was calling intercom for the half and hour until one of the guests let me in. Next I was shocked when I found out that my room is already taken by someone else, even though I already paid for 2 nights. Luckily one of the rooms was free, and I didn't have to sleep at the street. Next morning, the owner wrote to me that my reservation is canceled and I have to look for another place to stay, on top of that owner blamed me that I didn't have a right to get in to the room and it's all my fault that I have to move out. I got a refund for 1 night, but nothing can fix this terrible experience. What made me angry is that owner didn't try to contact me or warn about possible cancelation and just sold my room. I travel a lot, but I never had a situation like this and such an irresponsible host.

Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigenes Badezimmer. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt ( 7 Min. zu Fuß). Vom Gastgeber gibt es ein kleines Gebäckbuffet in der Küche, ein sehr nette Geste.

Ein elektrischer Wasserkocher wäre super.

Det er ikke B&B i egentlig forstand, da ejeren ikke bor der. Det er en lejlighed med 5 værelser som i dagtimerne bestyres at en filipinsk dame. Der er ekstra omkostninger i form at city tax 6 euro per person og nat. De er ikke forudbetalt via booking.com Der var kaffe, te og kage til selv-service italiensk morgenmad, det var fint. Fine køkkenfaciliteter til madlavning, køleskab og fryser, vaskemaskine. Fin altan udenfor i grønne omgivelser. Taxa fra lufthavn 55 euro fasr pris uanset tidspunkt på dagen. Værten arrangerede taxa for os kl 05:30 og sendte os en konfirmation af bestillingen til telefonen efter et par reminders. Taxaen kom til tide. I nærheden er der en togstation S Pietro- 15 min, metro og Peterskirken ca 25 min gang. masser af busser tæt på.

Kommunikationen med værten var besværlig, lange svartider med e-mail, ofte svar i sidste øjeblik (uegnet til kontrolfreaks, det er nok lidt anderledes kutymer i Rom). Han sagde han var hjem når vi kom, det var han ikke. Efter 5 x ringe længe på klokken åbnede en søvnig nabo der ikke vidste hvilket rum vi havde. Vi ankom lidt over kl 21 da fly var forsinket. Møblering og indretning af værelset i bedste fald på genbrugsniveau, Badeværelse med løs bruser og tilstoppet afløb.

Notre chambre était tout près de la buanderie et il faut passer devant notre porte pour y accéder. Puis on ne nous avait jamais proposé le nettoyage, le personnel ne parle que italien et espagnol. Le frigo est trop petit pour tous les locataires.

Locatie, vlak bij Vaticaan, niet toeristisch, niet te ver van centrum, goede verbindingen openbaar vervoer Rust, weinig lawaai van de stad, kamers wat gehorig, vooral bij douchen van de buren, bijna geen andere gasten gezien. Faciliteiten top, keuken, watermachine, gratis versnaperingen (wel zoet!), wifi. Hygiene, prima in orde Inrichting, heel smaakvol

De gastheer is heel vriendelijk, maar reageert nergens op. Niet op mail, niet op apps. Vragen van tevoren werden gewoon niet beantwoord. De telefoon pakt hij daarentegen altijd op. Geen eigen balkon, terwijl dat wel geboekt was via booking.com. Op mij vraag daarover van tevoren kreeg ik geen antwoord. Heb het verder laten zitten, ook omdat er een heel mooi, groot, gezamenlijk balkon was. Maar goed, daar is iets misgegaan.

Estaba todo muy limpio. La zona tranquila y con autobuses al centro en una parada justo debajo del alojamiento. A 10minutos andando del Vaticano. El personal muy amable.

Buscaba un alojamiento con desayuno y solo hubo el primer día, el resto de los días no se reponía. A pesar de solicitar algo de desayuno para una persona celiaca nunca hubo opciones.

Struttura vicino a San Pietro e zona bellissima e tranquilla, a pochi passi da molti locali e negozi per bambini, per animali, noi avevamo pure il cagnolino, tutto ben organizzato, buona colazione e ottimi servizi, c'è una ragazza che si occupa delle pulizie ed è stata carinissima e gentile, Stefano ci ha ricevuto la mattina, assolutamente una persona alla mano, gentile, disponibilissimo per ogni cosa, consigliatissimo, mi sono veramente sentita a casa, ci tornerò sicuramente.
