This place is not a hotel but a B&B. The owner was very helpful but you do have to arrange to meet him or his wife to get into the building. The room itself was very large. The showers were very small and you need to provide your own shampoo, etc. The location is in a safe neighborhood but you do need to take the bus to get to all the attractions. Good price for Rome.

Ideal accommodation to visit the Vatican, safe, quiet area, the typical Italian breakfast was perfect and the attention of the staff at the bar. The facilities are as indicated and were really useful for the stay in Rome, allowing the ease of walking or taking the main means of transport in the city. Very highly recommended, grateful to Vicenzo for his kindness and attention to answer doubts, queries or give us recommendations.

This place is great! Vincenzo is so wonderful and it’s a 20 min walk to the Vatican. Buses run all the time to get you anywhere you need to go. I can’t say enough about what a phenomenal time we had staying here. Grazie to everyone!

Vincenzo was amazing during check in! He explained everything on the property to me and even explained the bus route, where to get it, and where to buy the tickets. He made himself available to answer any and every question I had during my stay and answered quickly. I loved the location. Very convenient. I walked to the Vatican and back multiple times and felt safe the whole time.

Location is fine but slightly far away from main attractions except for Vatican City which is 15 minutes away. The property was very clean, and they cleaned it everyday. However, I was expecting to get one of the rooms in the pictures, but I got the kitchen which has a sofa bed and a folding door. It was really small and there was no chair or night table. It was quite expensive for what I got. So if you consider this property make sure you get an actual room.

No one was available to help or consult. There was only one hair dryer for all to use. Breakfasts were just coffee and a roll. We were not coffee drinkers. Emails and Facebook messages were not answered.

I stayed for a few days back in July. I actually enjoyed my stay so much that after I left Rome and came back a few days later I stayed here again :-) Vincenzo is a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. Both rooms I stayed in were very comfortable, but given the choice I highly recommend booking the room with the bathroom attached as it's just more convenient. If you've packed light for a long trip there's a laundry service just across the street. For non-restaurant food there are at least two grocery stores located nearby including a Carrefour Express that's open 24 hours. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Rome again. Thanks Vincenzo!

We loved sitting outside day and night! The room had a double/queen bed and a single bed so it worked beautifully. Vincenzo made sure we had coupons for a small breakfast each day at nearby establishments, however we never used them so I can’t comment on that. The room was very clean and nicely presented. Vincenzo was very helpful and prompt with instructions if we needed them to get around. He even took the time to find the airport bus stop nearby so he could give us directions to take the bus back to the airport for €6 each person vs the €50 we paid a taxi to get to the hotel the night we arrived in Rome. The neighborhood is working class and we felt comfortable walking back between midnight and 1:00 AM each night after spending time in the city center. The location is a few blocks from the Vatican.
