About this apartment rental
A quiet, completely restored studio apartment in the heart of Rome, a short walk from the Vatican. It is well served by public transport with nearby bus and Metro connections for the rest of the ciy , as well being near to the overground railway station of San Pietro.
This small studio consists a sleeping area with double bed, fold out twin size couch, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and a small balcony.
There is a dishwasher, air conditioning and washing machine outside on the balcony.

With resolution n. 255 of 17 july 2023 , Giusta Capitolina approved the new rates for the Contributo di Soggiorno (Tourist tax) which are set to come into force on 1 october 2023. From now on, guests not resident in Rome who stay in private apartment, including accomodations for tourist use, rented for no more than 30 days , are required to pay the contribution of € 6.00 per person for each overnight stay. The contribution applies only for the first 10 days.

Is is required to advise in advance the person responsible for the check in on any change related to the expected arrival time, if without giving any notice, there is a delay of more 1 hour and half the possibility to check in the same day is no longer guaranted.
The Day of your departure leave the keys on the table or hanging to the nail next the door. Do not leave the keys in the the keyhole.
The day of your departure please switch off the lights, turn off the gas and close the windows.
Please empty the garbage.
Leave the kitchen in order, with washed dishes, and the fridge empted.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Silvia was a great host - she provided very clear communication and was accommodating to all of our travel needs.
The apartment was perfect for our 4 nights in Rome. It had all the basic ammenities we needed, was extremely clean and comfortable. An extra bonus was it had a washing machine. The apartment is only a 1 minute walk to the train station and was easy to get to from both the airport and main train station in Rome. Also only a 5 min walk to the Vatican!
We would stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Had a wonderful time in Rome. The apartment was just as described. Check in was easy, communication with Silvia easy and very responsive. She accommodated us with a fan since the AC was available until June. Highly recommend!

I loved staying in Sylvia’s studio for three weeks. It has everything one needs—a kitchen, bathroom, workspace, sleeping space, balcony, and washing machine. Fantastic location. Short walk to the Vatican. A wonderful fruit and vegetable stand nearby, as well as a small but excellent grocery store. Sylvia is great—very responsive and helpful.
