We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this lovely apartment near the Vatican. It truly was a short walk to St Peter's Square and the Basilica, the Vatican Museums just a little further. A convenient bus stop was on the main street where we caught several buses to all the main tourist sights. Davide and Elena were prompt in answering our questions and even arranged our transfers to the airport. Our group of 6 were very comfortable with the beds, AC and kitchen amenities. It was a great stay!

Super convenient apartment within walking distance of all major attractions, close to some beautiful restaurants, cafes and essential shopping. Very friendly and accomodating host. Great to have a washing machine but a dryer or clothes rack would have been handy. Single bed in second bedroom is just a rollaway bed so be clear with how many sofa beds you need made up before arrival. Parking garage for 20euros a night just opposite. Overall a great stay. Listing needs to be revised as there is no small breakfast included and no mention of city tax fee.

What you see in the photos is accurate. The apartment is located near the Vatican, with the bus stop practically outside the front of the building. Since we drove to Rome, we were concerned about parking. No need to be worried because there is street parking for free. We used it and it was completely safe. We had no issues. There are two parking garages close to the apartment, as well, for a fee. Davide met us for check-in and check-out, which was easy. He was available for any questions. We appreciate the quick responsiveness and ease of communication. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a washer, but not a dryer. There is a drying rack, which proved handy. There is an iron and board. You will need a 3-vertical prong Italian adapter. Overall, the ease of the buses made commuting simple to everything. The spaciousness of the apartment accommodated 4 adults easily and comfortably. Thank you, Davide for being a gracious and responsive host. We would highly recommend!

This is a very nice apartment about a 20 minutes walk from the Vatican. Davide the host was terrific and his family owns a trattoria nearby which serves wonderful meals. A bus stop is nearby so it is fairly easy to get around. Highly recommended.

This apartment in Rome was lovely! It is centrally located, very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our pre-cruise stay (5 days). The owner, Davide, was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. He assisted us with setting up a transfer to the cruise terminal at the end of our stay, which made things much easier. He was a very nice young man, and assisted us with locating activities and restaurants. Speaking of which, his family-owned restaurant across the street from the property was delicious and very friendly! We ate there three times! Very Italian-family atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Roma!!

We were two couples staying here & we had plenty of space with the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and large shared space. It was spotless & very comfortable. And Davide the host was wonderful- he responded within minutes to any questions and went out of his way to allow us to leave our bags for a couple of hours before our flight. Best of all Davide was a great host.He was so helpful.Our luggage was lost and both times Davide meet the delivery and placed the luggage in the apartment.The coffee shop down stairs next to the apartment was the best.And across the street is a outstanding restaurant where his Father works.the airconditioning worked great.There is an elevator.The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. This large, two bedroom apartment is walking distance to the Vatican and lots of eating establishments. Close by we were able to have walk-in Covid 19 tests that were required by our cruise line. There is a lift/elevator in the building. Communication with Davide was quick and efficient. He answered any and all questions we had. Excellent price for this large unit.

First of all, I cannot say enough about the property manager, Davide: he was always quick to assist us with any questions, gave some good advice about staying in Rome and even arranged transportation to and from the airport! A good host can made all the difference and Davide was great! The flat was large, clean and had everything we needed for a group of 8. And only a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Excellent t value. When i return to Rome one day, i plan to stay there again.

We arrived at the ridiculous hour of about 2:00 am local time. Our cab driver called and Davide showed up in a few minutes to let us in and give us all the details we needed of the apartment. The apartment is a short walk from Vatican City, a block or two to the train station, near all bus lines, several nice restaurants, and a market that is open 24 hours. The kitchen is complete with everything we needed to make a complete dinner. The apartment was clean, bathrooms were huge, and the beds were the most comfortable beds ever! We did move some chairs from inside to the balcony for morning coffee. The American style coffee pot didn’t work at first, so I ran vinegar through it a few times, which seemed to help. I preferred the Italian style coffee makers myself, but my mother-in-law preferred the other, so we cleaned it. I loved Roma and my husband and I hope to make it back to see other sights that we missed. This apartment makes a very comfortable home-base from which to explore. I still keep thinking about that bed!

Davide did a great job communicating with us prior and during our trip. He was very organized and helped us get around. The location is great as it is a 5-7 minute walk to the Vatican. It also has great access to a bus stop. The property was very clean and a great space! If we go back to Rome, we would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful apartment. Davide Maggi our host was excellent. He arranged for Transportation to and from the Airport. He oriented us to the Bus System and told us which buses to take to varies parts of Rome. He printed our boarding passes for our flights home. His father's Restaurant was excellent and great value. We eat there three times. It is very near apartment. The apartment was very clean, spacious and excellent location. It is within walking distance of Vatican City. You can see the dome of St. Peters from the street in front of the apartment. There is a Super Market within a block of the apartment. We had four people on our trip but the apartment could accommodate 8 easily. Wifi works well. Full service Kitchen. Very comfortable apartment. It felt like home. We all will be recommending it for our friends and family.
