Will definitely stay here again if we come to Rome again

The location was fantastic. Near to many restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for 8 of us. June our host, was superb. She is such a great help and very prompt and fast with her replies. Ran into some incident and she was quick to help us resolve it and reassured us.

The water’s temperature was slightly unpredictable but after finding the way to tweak it, not a big issue. The fixtures could do with a little maintanence. Hooks and toilet roll stand kept falling off. But not a big issue for us.

Location, Location, Location

Location, Location, Location! This apartment is in a wonderful location! Minutes walk from the Vatican and so many restaurants. We loved it! The roof terrace is also great. It was a wonderful spot for us to hang out and just relax. There were 7 adults in our group and it was nice we could all retreat to our corners and come together when we wanted. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and the end and it worked out perfectly.

We had issues with two of the showers, but June got back to me quickly and got them fixed quickly. We didn't have to be there. Spent the day on tours and got back and all was right with our world. She was super responsive and suggested restaurants. As well as coordinated an early taxi pick up for 7 of us.

Nice rooms very close to Vatican

The rooms are very clean and spacious. 5 mins walk from Vatican and shops. Bus stop few steps around the corner and metro stop a 5 mins walk. Food and grocery shops all within 5 mins walk. The rooms had all the basic amenities required by a family to cook and stay. View from the bedroom were towards the Dome of the Basilica which was great. Host were very cooperative and helping. Very safe for families.

It was TOP!!! 😍 Would 100% recolmend it. We were 10 Persons and each and everyone of us was satisfied. Agnes was the most kind, helpful and understanding host we could ask for. And June was so freidnly and patient. 💛 The apartment is big and in every room there was an own bathroom. The location is also perfect since it‘s not even few minutes walk from shopping street and less than 10 Minutes to the Vatikan.

The listing on booking.com states that there is parking, one of the reasons I booked the apartment. There is NO parking. You need to make sure you book a local garage if you are planning to come by car.

Welcoming, comfortable and easy distance to most attractions.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had a beautiful and generous welcome basket, with local treats. The hosts Paola and Agnes were very gracious and helpful with recommendations. It was easy to communicate with them, they responded quickly and were very friendly.

We ran into an issue with one of the shower stalls, but it was quickly resolved in less than 24 hours even though it was the weekend.

A great apartment for a large group of people, super hosts!

Large and comfortable apartment, perfect for our group of friends and everything was working well! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and particularly responsive which was great! The apartment was very calm and beds are super comfortable! Location was also great, in a nice neighborhood and very close to public transport.

Nothing! There was an electricity shortage one afternoon but it was for the whole building and the hosts immediately organised someone to come and fix it, so this was not an issue at all. We had some small issues with the AC on the last day, but that was a very hot day which explains…

Great stay

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. Walking distance to a metro station and the Vatican. We were a group of 10 and the apartment had plenty of space for all of us. Each room had its own bathroom which is a big plus. Communication with the host was great. Agnes and Paola were in contact with us all the time making sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions including restaurant recommendations. We had a welcome gift which is nice touch. They even arranged airport and train transportation for us.

Having washer/dryer in the apartment would have been nice.

Wonderful hosts and great location close to the Vatican

The staff was very helpful and easy to contact. Agnes and Paola stayed in contact with us through airline delays and were very accommodating when meeting us with the keys. Paola had several suggestions for restaurants in the area.

Agnes and Marcello were very welcoming and helpful. Agnes was always available to answer my calls before and during our stay. The apartment is very clean and close to the Vatican( 7-10 min walk) and the Metro which was easy for my group of 7 to go to the Basilicas and Colosseum.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Rome! Although I didn’t get to meet Agnes in person, her care and dedication were felt throughout my stay. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and communication was always smooth and kind. You can really tell that both Agnes and Marcello put their heart into making their guests feel welcome. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, and I hope to return one day myself! Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Highly recommended. Welcome basket was a nice start, wine, cookies, etc. Agnes was helpful and accumulating. The apartment was clean, with kitchen and dining area. Amazing place!

This is the kind of accommodation you dream of! It is on the first flor, It has everything you need — the rooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom, the apartment is very large, located in a safe and quiet area, it’s peaceful at night, and it’s right next to the Vatican. In the area, there are restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, a metro station, and a taxi stand… Agnes is a wonderful person and helped us a lot with everything! Always available! Marcello is an exceptionally pleasant and patient person, also very helpful and explained everything to us, answering every question we had. We were welcomed with a large basket full of groceries on the table, and the coffee machine was fully stocked. Everything was extremely clean and tidy — we don’t have a single complaint! The beds are comfortable, the sheets were clean — honestly, everything was just perfect! Thank you very much for everything!

Agnes managed our check-in. She is incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment is large and comfortable. The location close to the Vatican and next to a metro station is great. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close.

The bathrooms are a little old and the showers a little small.

Great place to stay near the Vatican - and wonderful hosts too!

Agnes communicated very well with us, met us and handed us the keys. She was very thorough and professional. She made sure we were settled in before she left the area. Very quick to reply to any of my questions. The apartment was adorable! There was a welcome basket filled with treats! Everyone had more than enough space. Rooms were well furnished, bathrooms were good-sized and clean. Water pressure was also good. And the shower doors were full-sized, so water does not splash all over the bathroom floor. Beds were good, not lumpy. Kitchen area was cute - very functional. The location was very convenient. St. Peter's Basilica is about a 10 minute walk. Ottaviano metro station is 2 minutes away. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, etc. around. Would definitely rent this place again on our next trip to Rome!
