Red house in Monteverde - Cale 02

Дуже привітні власники, дозволили залишити речі раніше. Диван був підготований, місця було достатньо для трьох дорослих і однієї дитини. Все було чисто, багато капсул для кави, засоби для гігієни

Загалом все сподобалось, тільки хотілось би трохи чистішу посудомийку і трохи прального порошку. Але останнє не обовʼязково.

Great location, separate rooms, very clean

easy to find location, close to public transportation (20 min walk to Trastevere station) quick walk to grocery stores like Tigre (10 min walk) and Conad (30 min walk) the kitchen was amazing, space was beautiful, and bathroom was great

the location is a bit sketchy, that was genuinely my only issue but it's easy to walk around and away from any sketchy parts

We liked the location, as it’s easy to catch the bus to get around town, and there’s a nice little city park with a cafe right up the road. It was lovely to have a vibrant tree right outside the bedroom window. The bed is big and there’s a sofa and desk in the smaller workspace room. Great to have a Nespresso machine available. The apartment was clean and uncluttered, much appreciated. Also good to be on the first floor, with only one small flight of stairs, and on the backside of the building where it is more quiet. The communication in advance was good, making it easy to take care of all the necessary registration details online well in advance.

With a bit more care and attention to detail it could be a good place. However, the toilet lid was only partially attached, making it dangerous to sit on. Strangely, hot water doesn’t readily come from the bathroom sink, but does from the shower and bidet. One side of the dining table is under an odd row of kitchen cupboards, which makes it inevitable that someone will eventually hit their head! Many of the kitchen utensils were visibly dirty and needed to be washed before using. When the oven and the water boiler are used at the same time the fuse blows and the switch needs to be flipped, and the oven clock reset. There’s a small terrace area that could be a nice feature, but instead is used more like a utility closet and kept rather untidy. The external cupboard door to the fridge was missing, a friendly maintenance guy was there to fix it but didn’t have enough time before our official check in time, so eventually we graciously told him it was better to go, bless his heart. There’s a huge amount of wardrobe storage space in the bedroom, which doesn’t make any sense for a short term rental. The TV is extremely small and apparently outdated, as it unfortunately glitched out when I used my HDMI cable to connect to my phone and watch Netflix, which I often do while traveling without issue. Some of the light bulbs need to be replaced… Each of these things was not a big deal, but altogether it was a bit unfortunate, especially since many of them could be easily remedied, and that would be wonderful!
